The brief was to increase both the size and visual impact of the existing units while retaining some flexibility to enable different configurations for the wide variety of events where the structure would be used. To realise this, Prolyte worked closely with both Monster Energy and Stageline to create a custom solution incorporating various viewing platforms and brand experience areas.

Accordingly, it has provided several key elements for Red Bull and Scuderia Toro Rosso, including stands, garage structures and the all-important telemetry pod. The telemetry pod is an important resource, seeing constant use during practice, the race itself and for post-event analysis of data.

It needs to be structurally strong and stable, incorporating monitors and associated electronics as well as seating and weatherproofing, yet it also needs to be of minimum weight, easy to assemble and dismantle for trucking. Designed and manufactured to the highest quality, this equipment is engineered by Prolyte to endure the exacting demands of the motorsport industry.

Motorsport Projects FORD M-SPORT M-Sport, the organisation chosen by the Ford Motor Company to mastermind the assault on the World Rally Championship, commissioned Prolyte to design and manufacture a modular touring infrastructure centre.

The structure had to be portable to allow transportation between events, but equally it had to be unique and have outstanding visual impact.

Prolyte fully designed, built and kitted out the centre, comprising six demountable pods across 2 floors and a total floor area of nearly 400m. It includes a full size, fully fitted catering kitchen, toilets, air-conditioning, lighting and an integrated AV system.

MONSTER ENERGY Energy drinks firm Monster Energy commissioned Prolyte to provide two dynamic promotional outdoor structures based around a pair of Stageline Promobile mobile truck/stage systems.

ADVERTISING TOWERS Outdoor advertising is a perfect medium to bring products or messages to the attention of a large group. Prolyte has developed a range of modular aluminium towers and pylons for this type of outdoor mass communication. Prolyte towers are available in both triangular and square designs.

LED VIDEO SCREEN SUPPORTS With the ever-increasing use of outdoor LED video screens, Prolyte has engineered the perfect solution for hanging screens in an efficient and safe manner.

Three designs are offered as standard, based on the popular and long-established Prolyte MPT, ST and CT tower systems; variations are available on request.

ARC ROOF Prolyte manufactures a range of modular, solidly engineered roof systems for outdoor events.

Its innovative and stylish Arc Roof system is based around curved trusses, mounted to side masts. A hinged connection simplifies set up, and fittings for an optional canopy are included.

The Arc Roof is available as standard in three sizes: 10m x 8m, 8m x 6m and 6m x 4m.
