Manage loading of goods

All your manifest information is loaded into the app. Users can then load manifests and update the status in Pronto Xi to keep your administrative staff updated on the progress. All package details including its contents are easily available, allowing your staff to double-check every order being loaded into delivery vehicles. If loads fail due to any reasons, you can record the same with reasons so that back office staff can action it accordingly.

Manage pickup of goods

Users are able to allow the pickup of goods from their warehouse using the pickup option. Using an assigned Sales Order or Customer number, you can identify goods that are ready for pickup. All package details, including its contents are easily available, so that your staff can double-check every order being picked up by the customer.

Deliver and record

All your deliveries or pickups are shown arranged by the nearest location to your current location. You can advise the customers of your ETA based on the distance and real-time traffic details from the integrated Google Maps. At the same time, your operations staff can remain updated on the delivery status of all the packages. At the point of pickup or delivery, customers can sign for confirmation or capture an image as a proof of delivery or pickup. For failed or partial deliveries, you can record reasons and update the status accordingly so that the customer can be informed.

Stay in control

The POD app works offline — useful when the cellular network drops suddenly while you are on the road. Through the Pronto Xi backend, you can register or remove mobile devices’ information to keep your delivery data secure at all times. You can reset passwords, register carriers, track API calls and more — all from a single administration area within your Pronto Xi.
