PREFACE: The purpose of this workbook is to give you a space where you can process your day. To engage your mind and your thoughts. To give you purpose hope and Joy. I’m looking to cultivate your heart and your mind through the pages of this work. Where you can feel less anxious. I want you to believe You're smarter and stronger than you think. Journaling save me it give me a place where I felt peace and joy. I felt free to write what I wanted and wouldn’t be judged. I hope the workbook encourages and push you to get you out of that negative space in your life and to hold you accountable. To give you the stepping stones you need. Self care is important when it comes to mental health. My goal is to push you to the next level to get you moving. You’re not bonded by your thoughts and take the small steps to overcome. I want you so start feeling joy again. I know with our busy life we forget about ourselves. Know that your an hero know that your powerful and strong even when you don’t feel like it . Let your open start the healing process. You're a warrior fight for your freedom and your peace of mind. I know it’s not a easy Journey but it’s part of your healing. Take a deep breath of fresh air and let out your worries and fears. I want this workbook to be your safe space. My goal is for you to gain healing for this workbook. I want to create something that will begin to change your thinking habits. My prayer for you is God gives you peace and being cultivating you and changing your heart and your mind.
