Hey y'all, I'm super bles with you what God has placed on my heart y life when I felt lost, overwhelmed and burdened by life circumstances. My spiritual & mental meter was empty, and the only thing I could attribute this to was not spending enough time with God and making our relationship a priority. Rarely did I take the time to intentionally withdraw from the noise of this world and its worries and get nourished, which affected my faith and strength to overcome life struggles. Today is a new day and I have a message for those who are lost, weary and burdened or maybe just desire to strengthen your relationship with the father God desires for you to interact with him personally and intimately, He longs for you to rest in him, find peace, and trust him to navigate you through life This retreat journal was created to help guide you through your spiritual renewal or growth journey. I hope it encourages you to cultivate the intimacy needed through retreating to grow spiritually, find rest and that after each insert you feel reconnected and refreshed mind, spirit
