She hope that this Self-care journal can touch the lives of and serve as a guide for all women. She heal herself be aiding in the healing of others who have also suffered from trauma and have lost their footing. All the love that you have in your heart, she prays that you give the most to yourself. Yolanda is from Laurens County SC and grew up in a small town called Cross Hill, SC. She is the Mother to 4 amazing children Bri’Yanta, BriYuhnt, Bryson, and Bryland and 5 amazing bonus children, Alexis, Devonte, Jakyyah, Alex, and Kenechi and Grandmother to 6 beautiful grandchildren. Yolanda is the wife of Mr Rico Cunningham who have been her number one supporter, encourager, and motivator since the beginning of their living union. Yolanda has always been a woman of encouragement, wisdom, spirit guides, and self healing. She hopes that this journal and the universe can help guide you to the healing that you deserve.
