THE latest Qashqai makeover is not without a smokeand- mirror illusion. The small Nissan SUV - six years old has spawned a new kid late in life in the form of the N-Sport. Intended as a sportier variant, the new â&#x20AC;&#x2DC;appleâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; has not fallen far from the tree, with little added to the â&#x20AC;&#x2DC;oldyâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;, last updated in 2017, but subtle exterior changes. And, as with human facelifts, thereâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s a price to pay - $1000, to be precise over the ST-Lâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s 34 grand, plus on-roads.
