THE LOVE OF FAMILY
Vincent’s life away from work is made even richer by his family, including his daughter, Gabriella, and his sister, Carrie. And, of course, there’s his dog, Mr. Licorice, a long-haired Chihuahua. “Before him, I had always had big dogs, but my daughter wanted a small one. I take him with me everywhere. I started taking him to work and appointments,” Vincent smiles. “When I get listing appointments and open houses, Mr. Licorice is with me. He is my best buddy and my business partner.” In his free time, Vincent has a passion for staying active, with favorites being swimming, biking, running and Iron Man events. In fact, he has completed 22 Iron Man competitions. His love for running came fairly recently in his life. “I used to play ice hockey and skied. Then I got frostbite and I was told I needed to take a new direction. I thought I could run a few miles a week so I joined a marathon group. It was fun. I was traveling and got addicted to marathons, doing two or three a year. A friend said we should do an Iron Man marathon. At first, I didn’t want anything to do with that,” he says.

“I ended up trying it and have been hooked. One of the big parts I like about that is the friendships and being able to be healthy, competing with friends, and like in real estate, working with people who become friends. The competition is very appealing to me. I like to challenge myself and see how far I could push my limits.” A DRIVE TO BUILD
As Vincent looks to the future, he is driven to be his best for his daughter. As he says, “I have always been motivated to provide her a great future. I work hard for her.” He also shares his advice for new agents getting their feet under them. “It’s very important to remember that you can’t be a secret agent in this business. That’s the worst thing in the world,” Vincent says. “I urge newcomers to the business to make a list of everyone you know and stay in touch with them and tell them what you do.” Congratulations to Vincent Mancini for having the determination, willingness and skills it takes to go beyond the limits to help his clients experience a future beyond their dreams. @realproducers
