“We do everything possible to make deals work,” states Branch Manager Susan Terra-Podio. “Our underwriting, processing, and closings are all handled in-house, with the entire operations team collaborating to get the job done. This makes us faster than companies that outsource their operations. For instance, if I receive a clearto-close at 9 am, I can have documents sent to the title company by 9:30 the same morning. We strive to honor commitment dates and close loans more quickly and smoothly than the industry standard.”
