His unique blend of integrity, empathy, and energetic pursuit of change inspires confidence and lasting vision-to-implementation in every organization he touches. LEADERSHIP SECRETS FROM THE WIZARD OF OZ Keynote Speaker: Tony Moore
Throughout the technology boom, many organizations saw engagement levels plummet as they increased their focus on efficiency and information at the expense of relationships with their employees. This fact coupled with volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous times in which we are operating, has left leaders scrambling to figure out how to guide their organizations through the damage left from the waves of broken relationships. Thankfully, there are a set of tried and true leadership competencies that have retained their value. Using humorous storytelling and real world examples, Leadership Secrets from the Wizard of Oz focuses on the core competency possessed by each character in the story and demonstrates its practical application to the leader who wants to positively impact their organization and become the kind of leader people follow by choice. Whether participants are currently leading or simply wanting to increase their influence, Leadership Secrets from the Wizard of Oz provides a fresh perspective on maximizing their impact as activist, capability builder, and facilitator of organizational change. Are you ready to go see the Wizard?
