KATE NICHOLLS Kate Nicholls was appointed CEO of the ALMR, in September 2014, having previously worked as strategic affairs director and head of communications. Kate previously worked as a researcher in the House of Commons and European Parliament before joining Whitbread as government relations manager. She was also a director at one of the largest independent public affairs companies before establishing her own strategic communications consultancy in 2000.

CLAIRE MCLAUGHLIN Claire McLaughlin joined Veoo in April as business development global, working with colleagues to connect brands to 800 mobile operators in 220+ countries. Veoo specialises in consumer engagement and offers mobile messaging, payments, authentication, and loyalty initiatives to more than 150 clients. Claire was the former head of interactive technology for the BBC global group of companies and won Microsoft’s International Business Innovation Award.

EDWARD BIGLAND Edward Bigland is director of Auracle Sound, a music consultancy established in 2007. Auracle was a pioneer of IP audio streaming services to the retail and hospitality sector.
