Starting out as a chartered accountant with KPMG, Graham held a number of finance director roles in different industry sectors prior to joining Just Eat. FOUNDER AND MD OF PRIME BURGER Founder and managing director of Prime Burger and Rotisserie Chicken, Robert is a passionate foodie & entrepreneur. He left his job running legendary music weeklies NME, Vox and lad’s mag Loaded at IPC Media to follow his foodie mission - launching Fine Burger from his kitchen in 2002. Creating The Fine Food Company that was a pioneer of the UK’s street food movement, Robert developed a range of great quality food concepts that operated at many of the UK’s biggest events, including Glastonbury, Lords, The Open, Chelsea
Flower Show and Hyde Park’s BST. Having sold his event catering business in 2015, Robert rebranded premium burger concept Fine Burger to Prime Burger at three existing sites; London’s St Pancras International Station, Euston Railway Station & Excel London Exhibition Centre, and is now seeking further travel and exhibition dining opportunities.
BEAR TRAPS, BUSY FOOLS, HONEY POTS & BURGERS After borrowing a van for some back-stage catering at V festival in 2004, Robert went on to operate the public food and drink at five London 2012 Olympic venues with a team of 500 staff. He’s opened restaurants & kiosks in London neighbourhoods, the West End, shopping centres, train stations, sports stadiums and exhibition centres. GENERAL MANAGER, PIZZA HUT UK, YUM BRANDS Neil has been with Pizza Hut for 14 years, having joined the company soon after completing his masters in finance at the London School of Economics, following his undergrad at Exeter University. Prior to his current role, Neil held several positions in FP&A before serving as the business’s chief financial officer for nearly four years. Neil stepped into the UK GM role in October 2016. The Pizza Hut brand is owned by Yum Brands, which also includes KFC and Taco Bell in its portfolio, and is the world’s largest restaurant

The Nationwide Caterers Association (NCASS) are the UK’s foremost trade association for mobile caterers, with over 4000 members, a primary authority partnership and almost 30 years’ experience in the industry under their belt. NCASS are steadfast in their commitment to aiding the profitability, legality and compliancy of their member’s businesses, as evidenced by their dedicated insurance, equipment and training divisions, the latter of which is triple accredited and attested by Cherwell District Council; thereby ensuring that trainees are working to the highest standards possible. Amongst the earliest advocates of the ‘street food revolution’ NCASS have worked tirelessly to cultivate the sector; they were instrumental in the establishment of Birmingham’s Digbeth Dining Club which gave rise to the city’s passion for street food and inspired similar events the length and breadth of the country. They are also working in collaboration with the EU on their seminal Street Food for Regions project, which encourages foodies, event organisers, and property

The nearest station is Prince Regent on the DLR Docklands Light Railway - just 3 stops from Canning Town on the Jubilee Line. Please note that Custom House station on the DLR line will be closed for redevelopment during the Takeaway & Restaurant Innovation Expo, so we recommend that you alight at Prince Regent Station. Disabled visitors are also advised to access the venue via Prince Regent station.
