The real estate market in Southern California is showing a balanced evolution that offers opportunities for both buyers and sellers. Inventory has increased —up 42% in Orange County and 43% in San Diego—while demand is also rising, up 18% and 14%, respectively. Although market times have lengthened slightly, rates between 6.5% and 7% provide improved conditions for buyers.
Meanwhile, home values continue to grow, with year-over-year increases of 6% in OC and 5% in SD, reflecting a resilient market for sellers.
