In both Orange County and San Diego, we’re seeing positive shifts in the market that benefit both sellers and buyers. Inventory has surged, with OC up 56% and SD up 61% year-over-year, giving buyers more options to choose from. Demand remains strong, with OC seeing a 57% increase in pending sales since the start of this year, and SD up 53%. Though the expected market time has risen slightly, the market is still active and healthy. Buyers can expect more opportunities, while sellers will see continued interest, especially as the Spring Market approaches, with peak demand expected between April and May.
