JCI South Key Google Tools Knowledge Related UNSDGs: Goal 4 Quality Education and Goal 9 Industry, Innovative and Infrastructure Google Tools Knowledge Sharing is a course hosted by JCI South Key which provides participants a golden opportunity to learn about Google Tools. The Google Tools introduced by the trainer include Google Form, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Keep and Google Documents. This course was conducted on 11st May 2020, from 7.30pm to 10.30pm, through Zoom Apps. There were in total 50 participants. This course was conducted by JCIM Principle Trainer Zelt Kueh, who gave us a memorable and informative sharing. As JCI members, we often deal with JCI tasks and submissions thus Google Tools can effectively help us in restructuring and reorganising JCI work tasks as well as minimising our time taken in completing those tasks. They are also extremely helpful for helping participants to deal with their daily routines. Participants had enhanced their individual skills through the usage of Google Tools as their assistants!

After the discussion with our Board of Director, we plan to collect some of the old T- shirt and old pants from the public, we assigned 4 collection points in Johor Bahru, it is convenience for the public to send their shirts and pants. After a few weeks, we collected about 200 KG shirts and pants, besides that, JCI Tebrau decided to donate RM 1,000 to buy some frozen food for them and sent together with all the shirts and pants.
