Mother Reach Program Description

A 12-week support group for pregnant and new moms who are experiencing anxiety or depression.

Young Parents Group Description

Young Parents Group is open to mothers and fathers up to 23 years old, as well as support persons. Participants are provided the opportunity to meet other young parents, participate in parent-child activities, and learn about nutrition, health care resources, child behaviours, and parenting issues.

Other: Mother Reach is held via Zoom on Thursdays at 1:00 pm. Young Parents is held via Zoom on Mondays from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
