EirGen Pharma is the Supply Chain and Research & Development Centre of Excellence for OPKO Health, exporting life-saving medicines to over 45 countries worldwide. Our current site is an Oral Solid Dose Facility and our 2nd site (opening later this year) is a state of the art Research & Development & Sterile Fill Finish Facility. We currently employ over 170 people, representing over 9 nationalities, and we offer competitive salary, health insurance, pension and additional holiday leave as part of our remuneration package. Our QC Chemists test all raw materials, packaging, finished product and stability samples using a broad range of analytical techniques in a GMP environment. Our Analytical Development Chemists develop, validate, troubleshoot and transfer analytical methods, draft scientific protocols and reports, and perform release testing of development batches, clinical batches and submission batches. Our Regulatory Affairs Officer / Specialists support the compilation of CTD dossier for global territories including EU and USA and our QA Officers develop, implement and maintain EirGen quality standards and systems to ensure that our products comply with Marketing Authorisations, documentation, specifications and cGMPs. Applicants must be qualified to degree level in pharmaceutical science, with at least 3 years previous pharmaceutical experience, preferably working in an English speaking environment. Applicants must also have excellent written and verbal English and will undertake skype screening interviews if shortlisted.
