Deep Water Cay offers several homeownership options, including casual beach cottages, spacious estate homes, and oceanfront homesites ready for custom construction. A new vision has emerged that will soon make the West End of the island a vibrant, village-like area. Deep Water Cay is planning a collection of oceanfront cottages and a host of new amenities including a private beach and swimming pool, a rejuvenating spa, an island pavilion with gourmet market, and a new restaurant. All will be just a short distance from the recently renovated Lodge, the Blue Hole Bar, Infinity Pool, and the Marina.
The West End’s oceanfront cottages will become the ideal place to be in the center of everything the island has to offer. These authentically Bahamian beach cottages will be fully furnished to provide a stylish, maintenance free, comfortable retreat that can be rented to lodge guests if owners wish. Deep Water Cay is also offering spacious estate homes inspired by traditional Bahamian architecture and meticulously designed to blend seamlessly with the natural beauty of the surroundings. The Marina is home to Deep Water’s custom fleet: two 33-foot World Cats for offshore fishing, a 27-foot Grady White open fisherman, a 27-foot inflatable for diving and snorkeling, a 27-foot ferry boat water taxi, and 12 customdesigned Hells Bay skiffs. Choose your boat or bring your own.
Just a short stroll from the Lodge, Welcome Center, and Marina, the newly designed West End Cottages will be the perfect place to unwind, rest easy, enjoy the sunset, and prepare for your next Deep Water day. There will be two -and three-bedroom, completely furnished models to choose from.
Equipped with elliptical machines, treadmills, and free weights, the Fitness Center is the ideal place to keep yourself in shape. After a workout, reward yourself with a cool drink and ocean view at the Infinity Pool.
Deep Water’s 4,000-foot-long private runway offers immediate access to the island. Deep Water Cay’s Florida-based concierge can arrange on-island customs, charter aircraft for homeowners and their guests, and arrange all travel-related details.

Deep Water Cay Marina & Boat Storage
Just across the channel, Deep Water Cay operates a secure, full-service maintenance center where boats are maintained by a staff of expert mechanics. Skiffs are serviced and refueled daily after each trip. There is also a secure, dry storage facility where owners can store boats up to 33 feet in length. At the Marina, staff can fuel and prepare boats for excursions upon request of owners and their guests.

The Ultimate Beach Cottages. Located in the heart of Deep Water Cay’s West End Village, the oceanfront cottages will be central to the main activity of the island. Though close to everything, the cottages will be surprisingly private. Completely casual and authentically Bahamian, these fully furnished turnkey cottages will have a relaxed barefoot charm. Each cottage will offer hardwood floors, stone countertops, GE Monogram appliances, and baths featuring rain showers. The two-bedroom cottages will contain comfortable coastal furnishings throughout. They will boast spacious bedrooms and en suite baths, an inviting living room, and a fully appointed kitchen. For larger parties, the three-bedroom cottages will make great use of the extra space and include an outdoor patio area with a private wading pool perfect for entertaining. The seaside cottages will capture the essence of a truly Bahamian lifestyle, with wide porches, traditional shutters, cedar shake roofs, and the best views of the setting sun on the island. These cottages will have the relaxed barefoot charm that beautifully combines an informal interior with the surrounding sand and sea, welcoming guests to the views awaiting them.

Life By The Sea. Deep Water Cay offers larger beachfront homes on halfacre sites running the length of the island.
