The Three Bridges Sports Membership lets you connect with friends and neighbors at a variety of indoor and outdoor venues designed to stimulate your senses, invigorate your body, and connect you with the world around you.
A Sports Membership includes access to ALL Club amenities EXCEPT for Golf, Golf Clubhouse, and Golf Clubhouse Restaurant.
Three Bridges Surf Membership
The Three Bridges UNIT Surf Wave is the largest in existence. With this membership, you’ll have privileges that include reserving both surf time and special surfboards - designed specifically for this machine.

Working with acclaimed golf course architect Robert Trent Jones II, the Three Bridges golf concept is being created with the next generation of the sport in mind.
The golf course itself is being designed to be enjoyed by all generations and abilities. And the addition of insightful touches such as a Start-Of-The-Round Sports Bar, over-the-top comfort stations, and a state-of-the-art Golf Academy help make every day on the course both memorable and enjoyable.
A Full Golf Membership at Three Bridges Includes:
UNLIMITED golf course and practice facility use, including all clubhouse facilities and clubhouse restaurant
Golf cart rental when golfing
All food at both comfort stations when golfing

ABOUND PRIVILEGES Guest Privileges
Members may have accompanied guests use the Club Facilities in accordance with the Member’s category of Membership and the Rules and Regulations of the Club and the Club’s guest policies.
Each guest can play golf or use the Sports amenities a total of four times a year accompanied by a Member. That number is determined by the Club on an annual basis and may be adjusted.
The Club may limit the number of guests and the number of times a particular guest may use the Club Facilities during each Membership year. The Member will be responsible for the payment of charges incurred but not paid by his or her guests, including any applicable daily guest fees established by the Club from time to time. Members will also be responsible for the deportment of their guests.
Guest privileges may be extended under the rules established by the Club from time to time. Although it is the intention of the Club to accommodate guests without inconvenience to the Members, the Club reserves the right to limit the number of guests invited by a Member on any given day.
The Club shall establish from time to time the rate of the daily guest fees, charges, and the rules and regulations for use of the Club Facilities by guests. Guest privileges may be denied, withdrawn, or revoked at any time for reasons considered sufficient by the Club, in its sole discretion. The Club reserves the right, from time to time, to limit the availability of golf starting times for guests.
All day guests must be accompanied by the sponsoring Member while using the Club Facilities unless the Club determines otherwise.
The Club reserves the right to determine from time to time the maximum number of times a particular guest may use the Club Facilities as a guest of a Member during each Membership year.
A particular individual using the Club Facilities as a guest must be registered by the sponsoring Member with the Club. The Club reserves the right to require identification from each guest. Guests will be charged guest fees for use of the Club Facilities as determined from time to time by the Club.
Guests will be entitled to use the Club Facilities only in accordance with the privileges of the Membership of the sponsoring Member upon payment of daily fees.
Guest charges for any services will be charged to the sponsoring Member’s credit card (or club account if established).
Privileges for an Individual Living with a Member
An unmarried Member living together with another individual in the same household as a family unit on a permanent basis may designate the other individual on a Membership year basis to use the Club Facilities as a family Member. The Member and the designated user shall be individually and jointly responsible for the payment of all charges and fees incurred by the designated user. The Club reserves the right to establish such fees and other rules and requires the Member and designated user to submit such information and forms as the Club deems appropriate.

Are short-term rentals allowed, such as Airbnb?
No. Short-term rentals would compete with the hotel component coming into the neighborhood. The resort revenue is critical to keep dues as low as possible, so Three Bridges will not allow those rentals. Because of ADA and Hotel standards for continuity, the Hotel will not allow residents to put their property into the rental program.
What do the HOA fees include?
The HOA fees will be for community landscaping maintenance, trail system, common amenities such as all parks, trails, and green space, as well as maintenance of the entry monuments. Front yard lawn maintenance of private residences is also included, but there will be an additional landscape fee for full yard maintenance that will included plantings as well the backyard. That fee is optional and will be based on lot size and on the complexity of the landscape maintenance.
What happens if a Member wants to cancel their Golf or Sports Membership?
In the event a Member wants to cancel their Golf or Sports Membership, they will be refunded 75% of their initial fee within 30 days of three new Memberships being brought in. The industry term for that is called “three-in-one-out” and it is very common with club Memberships. One Membership can be released and paid out when three new Memberships are brought in. The remaining 25% is retained by the club.
Does Three Bridges allow NON-RESIDENT Golf Members?
There will be a limited number of non-resident Golf Memberships sold. However, these Memberships may be recalled by the Club, as needed.
What is a recallable Membership?
If the Club elects to recall a non-resident’s Membership to make room for the resident Memberships, the non-resident Member will be refunded 100%.
