Jason Queen founded Monarch Realty Co. in 2014 and has used his expertise to grow it into an area-leading firm—rooted in his passion for the city of Raleigh. Jason holds a Bachelor’s in entrepreneurship, a Master’s in urban planning focusing on placemaking and real estate development, and an MBA in finance and financial management. He has years of experience in commercial real estate research and analysis.

ED FINLEY BROKER

Lizzie Bender has adventured all over the globe before putting down Raleigh roots in 2010, selling her footwear and design company and turning her real estate investment hobby into a career. When she’s not leading our outstanding team of brokers, she’s also an enthusiastic cook and an incredibly proud mom.

Ed Finley is a Raleigh native with a passion for urban real estate investment and development. He leads our Acquisitions and Development efforts as part of his commitment to enhancing the urban landscape in communities across the Triangle and throughout North Carolina.
