CONSERVATION

CONSERVATION Panther National is surrounded by the 2,400-acre Avenir Conservation area. A fundamental initiative to preserve the area and restore the native ecosystem of Florida’s natural lands connects several natural preserves from Lake Okeechobee to the Atlantic Ocean. The Avenir Conservation area will restore each habitat to its original state, allowing the native populations to thrive. Future generations will be able to enjoy over one-hundred indigenous plant and animal species in several distinct native habitats.

FAQ WHAT IS PANTHER NATIONAL?

Panther National is an exclusive new golf club community featuring an 18-hole championship golf course, a 9-hole, par-3 course, and world-class practice facilities co-designed by Jack Nicklaus & Justin Thomas. This luxury community features a selection of Max Strang Signature-designed contemporary homes and an extensive array of world-class amenities.

WHERE IS PANTHER NATIONAL LOCATED?

Panther National is located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, in the Northwest section of Avenir, bordering 2,400 acres of conservation land.

HOW IS THE COMMUNITY STRUCTURED?

Panther National property owners are automatically members of the Panther National Homeowners Association, which may own, manage and maintain the common community areas and provide additional services to the property owners. Property owners will pay HOA dues based on the cost and services provided.

The HOA will be set up as a non-profit corporation for the benefit of the residents and will eventually be turned over to the residents in accordance with Florida statute.

WHO IS THE DEVELOPER?

Centaur U.S. Holdings is developing Panther National. The President and Founder of Centaur U.S. Holdings, Dominik Senn, is a former professional Swiss alpine ski racer and founder of 4sports, a global sports marketing company which also represents athletes.

HOW IS CLUB MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURED?

The Club offers resident golf, non-resident golf, and social memberships.

HOW MANY MEMBERSHIPS WILL BE OFFERED AT PANTHER NATIONAL?

To ensure the highest standards of service and accessibility for all members, the Club currently plans to cap golf memberships at 300. Social memberships will be limited to the number of properties in the community.

IS THE MEMBERSHIP VERTICAL? WHOM DOES IT INCLUDE?

Resident membership benefits will extend to the homeowner, spouse/significant other, children and their spouses, and grandchildren.

FAQ IS THE CLUB MEMBER OWNED/IS MEMBERSHIP EQUITY OR NON‐EQUITY?

Panther National is a private, non-equity club owned by Centaur U.S. Holdings.

WHAT FACILITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR MEMBERS?

Golf members will have access to the following:

• 18 Hole championship golf course.

• 9-Hole, Par-3 course

• Putting course co-designed by Jack Nicklaus and Justin Thomas

• Golf training facility

• Clubhouse

• Lifestyle center

• Amenities include fine dining, casual dining, golf lounge, spa and fitness amenities, golf shop, locker rooms, club pool with cabanas and daybeds, tennis, pickleball, and concierge services.

Social members will have access to all non golf amenities.

WHEN WILL THE GOLF COURSE AND CLUB AMENITIES BE COMPLETE?

The 18-hole golf course, par-3 course, practice facilities, golf lounge, and tennis/pickleball complex are scheduled to open in Fall 2023.

Construction on the clubhouse is set to commence in the fourth quarter of 2023, with plans for completion 14 to 18 months later. Construction on the lifestyle center will begin following the completion of the main clubhouse.

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER OF THE CLUB?

At this time, at a minimum, social membership is required for all property owners through an application process. Each property owner will have an opportunity to apply for a resident golf membership. Panther National will reserve a social or golf membership for each buyer through the closing of the property. Non-resident golf memberships may be available on an invitation-only basis.

WHAT IS THE INITIATION FEE FOR A RESIDENT GOLF MEMBERSHIP?

Current resident social memberships are valued at $50,000. Residents may upgrade to a full golf membership for $200,000.

FAQ

AM I ENTITLED TO ANY REFUND WHEN MY CLUB MEMBERSHIP IS RESIGNED TO THE CLUB?

Yes, 60% of the then-current price will be refunded when the Club membership is resigned to the Club.

WHEN WILL CLUB DUES BECOME PAYABLE?

Pro-rated dues will begin once the 18-hole championship course opens.

WHAT ARE THE GUEST POLICIES?

Accompanied guests may use the Club facilities in accordance with the category of membership and must comply with the rules and regulations and the Club’s guest policies. The Club may limit the number of guests and the number of times a guest may use the Club facilities during the membership year.

IS THERE A CADDIE PROGRAM?

Yes, the Club will operate and offer a caddie program. The caddie program is not mandatory.

WHO WILL BE OPERATING THE CLUB?

The company owns the Club facilities, and as a result, the company is solely responsible for the government and administration of the Club facilities and has the exclusive authority to accept members, set dues and charges, establish rules and regulations, and control the management and affairs of the Club and facilities.

Max Strang Design is providing residential architectural and design services.

WHO IS THE BUILDER?

Homes will be built by Willstrong Development.

No, Club members will only be subject to the club initiation fee and annual dues.
