WHAT IS APPROPRIATE TO SOME PEOPLE AT YOUR WEDDING MAY NOT BE TO OTHERS, THEREFORE, IT IS IMPORTANT TO SET CLEAR EXPECTATIONS OF HOW YOU WANT YOUR DAY TO RUN. UTILISE YOUR CELEBRANT AND MC TO INSTRUCT AND INFORM YOUR GUESTS AS TO WHAT YOU WANT THEM TO DO WHEN IT COMES TO SOCIAL MEDIA AND BROADCASTING OF THE MAIN EVENT. As a celebrant ,the main guidelines I’m given from couples are for me to share the following information regarding device etiquette to guests: •

Stay clear of the professional wedding photographer as the couple have hired the him or her to take photos, and they can't do their job if you're in the way.

Often couples are opting for an unplugged wedding. It is a common occurance for me to ask guests to switch their cell phones and iPads off completely.

In addition to this, I notify the guests regards sharing photographic details of the wedding. There may be specific instructions around what can and cannot be shared, and timing around when to be shared. For instance, some couples opt for no sharing at all or at least not till after the couple themselves have shared photos.

Furthermore, couples might have a specific App for the day where they ask wedding guests to share photos that they take – thus keeping them all together.

Or the couple may have a wedding hashtag to ensure all Instagram pics can be shown in the one place.

Technology has certainly changed the way we interact at social occasions, and setting parameters for the guests early on in the day ensures everything runs smoothly and that your guests, your closest friends and family remain engaged and connected with everything that is going on within your special day.

GLOWING WEDDING SKIN By Corinna Gerber, Skincare Professional

WHAT KIND OF SKIN ARE YOU IN? NO ONE IS ENTIRELY FREE FROM TRICKY SKIN CONDITIONS, NOT EVEN A BRIDE, BUT WITH A LITTLE PREP WORK AND THESE HELPFUL TIPS YOU CAN BANISH ALL THOUGHTS OF SKIN CONCERNS. 1. Plan ahead, take action early! Organising a wedding or big event can be busy and stressful. As it gets closer to the big day, the pressure of preparation can be tiring and reflects in our skin and appearance. The importance of skin care at this time is easy to overlook. If you want to achieve a radiant appearance for your big day, it is important to factor a smart self-care routine into your overall wedding plan ... and ensure that it is carried out. 2. Schedule regular Skincare Treatments with an experienced Professiona. Your wedding is the perfect time for some well-deserved pampering! Choose a professional therapist who is trained to provide expert advice and who can offer the most effective skin treatments available, customised to your age and skin concerns, and who can help you achieve your objectives For best results choose a course of skincare treatments which allows your skin care professional to treat any concerns and stabilise skin well before the big event. Aim to allow a minimum of six weeks for 3 skincare treatments, each two weeks apart. If you have a full year until your wedding, start with a course of treatments, then schedule regular appointments, with another course of treatments in the six weeks before the wedding. 3. Use skin-specific skincare. Our skin is a reflection of who we are; it changes and evolves over time, just as we do. A professional therapist will use their expertise to design treatments and a range of homecare products prescribed for your personal requirements, within an affordable and uncomplicated routine. A quality and easy to manage skin care regime is achievable for everyone.

Yealands Estate's Grüner Veltliner 2014 was one of 35 medal winners at the New Zealand Wine Awards. Fragrant aromas evoke memories of spiced apples, quince and tropical guavas. Full and textural, yet crisp and dry with a zing of pepper, and fine acidity underpinning the fleshy fruit.

If breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it better be good. New Sanitarium Options Fine Cut Muesli comes in two varieties: New Zealand Manuka Honey with LSA and Crunchy Cashew & Quinoa. Contains 30% less sugar than other leading mueslis.
