At just 24 years of age, Chef Tam was the first winner of the reality TV show, Top Chef Thailand. By using her experience as a Sous Chef working alongside award-winning Chef Dan Barber at the number 11 world best restaurants 2017 in New York, she beat 14 other top experienced Executive Chefs from renowned restaurants in Thailand and impressed judges with her creative cuisine and calmness under pressure.
