True beauty is a gift from God but I can say through experience that staying beautiful has a lot to do with having a positive attitude & positive routine. I can’t say the same for myself. I have succumbed to the realization that I am nocturnal and my mind is most active and productive during late hours. This does not mean I am less productive during the day, but I just don’t get enough sleep at night.
How important is a good night’s sleep to maintaining your fresh appeal? It has almost been a decade for me where my body and mind have adjusted to less sleep time at night. I have gotten accustomed to working without much sleep which reminds me of a TV commercial which was shot during a 48 hour period and in the end I understood what the phrase looking like a Zombie means! I will advise that 8 hours of sleep is essential for maximum productivity but we make do with what time we have.
I believe your body will reward you best when you take care of it; after all your body is your temple. I have a specific diet which includes ample amount of fruits, vegetables and an unlimited intake of water. I eat small portions and am not a fan of junk food. I regularly drink milk which has great benefits for body & skin. My skincare consists of the basics but I know what works for me and I don’t experiment much in that area.
