Do you practice any sleep regimes? Yes. Get lots of it. Sometimes too much in my case.
How important is a good night's sleep to maintaining your fresh appeal?
I think it's terribly important, especially if you're going to be on camera. I, personally look terrible if I don't get a decent amount of sleep. My face gets puffy and it's not a pretty picture. People think they can get away without it, but I don't agree. No amount of makeup can cover for lack of rest.
