The top view is being rendered in order to convey the viewpoint of the roof's forms as well as the circulation of people and materials throughout the site While at the same time, it is intended to demonstrate how the site s surroundings and surrounding area have been developed to ensure that users are comfortable and welcomed into the proposed wellness camp design
The rendering of a dwelling and wellness camp entry is necessary because it provides the user with an early view of the suggested design before entering the space area of the design As an outcome, it is essential to have the appropriate quantity of lighting and a soothing color mode to provide a warm and inviting environment for the user. It also provides the user with an idea of how the area will be designed and utilized for the purpose of the building

The idea of these renderings is to present the spaces that have been proposed by the designer in relation to the dwelling space that will serve as a place of rest and resting for the targeted user in this project, as well as a place of staying Considering space is a fundamental aspect, it is associated with both natural and contemporary spaces in the dwelling, such as an infinity pool. The view captured is way more interesting because it appears to be more than just a typical dwelling, but rather a magnificent living space with a high level of comfort. The fact that it resembles a dwelling is adequate for this type of concept, and it might also serve as a meeting place for students to engage in a night activity together or for people who have completed their spa treatments.
One of the most rewarding aspects of rendering a dwelling is having the opportunity to take in the breathtaking scenery that you can generally draw users to feel the space that they cannot find at home
As the projected spaces are also focus on wellness With rich textures and carvings of wood, as well as essential oils, the HealWish, Reflexology Aromatic Spa is a soothing massage haven where treatments are performed in a modest setting with rich textures and carvings of timber and essential oils

I've been entrusted with the responsibility of modelling the proposed design into a three-dimensional perspective using the designer's preferences and guidance Additionally, the study of shadows has been included to assist the designer in determining where the sun s light will fall inside the buildings as the designer intend to use vertical shading device into the building's design

The idea of these renderings is to present the spaces that have been proposed by the designer in relation to the food court space that will serve as a place of eating, gathering and leisure for the targeted user in this project Considering space is a fundamental aspect, it is associated with both natural and contemporary spaces in the food court, such as an leisure area. The view captured is way more interesting because it appears to be more than just a typical food court, but rather a new point of way to resemble a food court ideas. Plus, vertical shading device along the building's shape give a beautiful outlook serve as filtrating sun s light from directing into the spaces as well give a good ventilation into the area.
A patterned skylight in the building's centre is one of the building's many ecofriendly features. The skylight lets ample light into the main body of the building So the renderings are more focused on defining shadows and regulating colour.
I've been entrusted by the contractor with the job of developing a space and outlook for Encik Kamaruddin s family terrace house The space is derived directly from the client s requirements and ideas which are guided by my consultation. The design is then reviewed in relation to the contractor s prior concept design in order to assist the contractor in calculating the cost of the renovation Additionally the client adds some personal space to improve the quality and quantity of space in his residence
