Renovation Double Storey Terrace House CLIENT: ENCIK KAMARUDDIN I've been entrusted by the contractor with the job of developing a space and outlook for Encik Kamaruddin's family terrace house. The space is derived directly from the client's requirements and ideas, which are guided by my consultation. The design is then reviewed in relation to the contractor's prior concept design in order to assist the contractor in calculating the cost of the renovation. Additionally, the client adds some personal space to improve the quality and quantity of space in his residence.
