One Day 4-H This year, One Day 4-H took place on October 10th. It is the one day designated by Texas 4-H to provide 4-H members, parents, leaders, and volunteers an opportunity to give back to the communities in which they work and live. To commemorate the Texas A & M Forest Service’s 100th Anniversary, One Day 4-H had a “featured service project” to plant a Bur Oak Tree in each county. A Bur Oak Tree can thrive in all 254 Texas counties.
