AI DEFENSE SERVICES Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming a key component of modern warfare. Military systems equipped with AI can handle large amounts of data more efficiently than traditional systems. In addition, AI improves the self-control, selfcontrol and self-action of combat systems due to its inherent computing and decision-making capabilities.

These investments represent the early stages of the AI arms race. Like a 20thcentury nuclear war, this type of military threat poses a threat to humanity and is ultimately unsuccessful. This promotes speed on security and ethics in the development of new technologies, and as these technologies expand, it does not provide long-term benefit to any single player.

Artificial intelligence services are utilized in almost every military application & increased research and development funding from military research organizations to develop new and sophisticated applications of artificial intelligence is expected to accelerate the adoption of AI-driven systems in the military.

1. Battlegrounds The security forces of various countries around the world are embedding AI, weapons and other systems used in land, navy, airway and space platforms. The use of AI in systems based on these platforms has enabled the development of effective combat systems that are less dependent on human input. This has led to improved performance of synergy and combat systems when less maintenance is required. AI is expected to empower autonomous and high-speed weapons to perform collaborative attacks. 2. Cyber Security Military systems are often subject to cyber-attacks, which can result in loss of classified military information and damage to military systems. However, systems with AI can automatically protect networks, computers, programs and data from any unauthorized access. Additionally, AI-enabled web security systems can record the nature of cyberattacks and develop countermeasures to address them.

3. Logistics & Transportation AI is expected to play a key role in military logistics and transportation. The efficient transport of goods, ammunition, weapons and troops is an essential part of successful military operations.

Integrating AI with military transport reduces transportation costs and reduces human operational efforts. It also allows the military to easily identify anomalies and quickly assess component failures. Most recently, the US Army, together with IBM, has used the Watson Artificial Intelligence Platform to help identify management issues in striker combat vehicles. 4. Target Recognition AI techniques are being developed to increase the accuracy of target identification in a complex combat environment. These techniques allow security forces to gain a deeper understanding of potential operational areas by analyzing reports, documents, news feeds, and other structured information. In addition, AI in target recognition systems improves the ability to identify the targets of these systems. The capabilities of AI-enabled target detection systems include probability-based indicators of hostile behavior, integrity of the environment and environmental conditions, potential supply line constraints or vulnerabilities and flagging and flagging, mission policy assessment and suggested mitigation strategies. Machine learning can also be used to learn, track, and discover objectives from the data obtained. For example, DARPA's Target Recognition and Adaptation in Constant Environments (TRACE) program uses machine learning techniques to automatically detect and detect targets with the help of synthetic-aperture radar (SAR) images. 5. Battlefield Health Care In combat areas, AI can be integrated with Robotic Surgical Systems (RSS) and Robotic Ground Platforms (RGPs) to provide remote surgical support and evacuation operations. The US is particularly involved in the development of RSS, RGPs and many other systems for battlefield health care. In critical situations, systems with AI can mine soldiers' medical records and help diagnose complexity.

6. Combat Simulation & Training Simulation & Training is a multidisciplinary field that introduces soldiers to various combat systems deployed during military operations to build computerized models that incorporate system engineering, software engineering and computer science. The US is investing heavily in simulation & training applications. The US Navy and Army are conducting combat analyzes, which led to the launch of several sensor simulation programs. The US Navy has joined organizations such as Leidos, SAIC, AECOM and Orbital ATK to support their programs, while the US Army's programs are supported by organizations such as SAIC, CACI, Torch Technologies and Millennium Engineering. 7. Bullying monitoring & situational awareness Threat monitoring and situational awareness relies heavily on intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) operations. ISR operations are used to obtain and process information in support of a variety of military operations. Unmanned systems used to perform ISR missions can be operated remotely or sent in a pre-defined way. Equipping these systems with AI can help defense personnel in threat monitoring, thereby increasing their awareness of the situation. Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) - also known as drones - can be patrolling the border areas with integrated AI, detecting potential threats, and sending information about these threats to response teams. The use of UAVs can strengthen the security of military bases, as well as enhance the security and efficiency of military personnel in war or remote areas. 8. AI & Data Information Processing AI is particularly useful for quickly and efficiently processing large amounts of data to obtain valuable information. AI helps remove and aggregate information from different datasets, as well as extract and compile information from different sources. This sophisticated analysis enables military personnel to identify patterns and obtain correlations.
