February half term treats at Farnham Maltings! There’s a packed line-up to keep all ages entertained this half term. The programme features music, comedy, dance and craft!

irst up, there’s world record-breaking beatboxer SK Shlomo. He makes mad music with his mouth. You can become one of this sonic superhero’s sidekicks in a world of funny sounds, brilliant noises and cool music, whether you’re aged 1 or 101! Shlomo’s Beatbox Adventure for Kids, takes place in the Great Hall on Tue 12 February at 2pm. Tickets £10. “A perfect show…sets young imaginations alight” The Times Tweedy - the comedy and slapstick legend and star of Gifford’s Circus, Cirque Berserk and the Cheltenham Everyman pantomime is paying the Maltings a visit on Fri 18 February. In this one man, family show, Tweedy illustrates an impressive repertoire of comedic talents which have made him one of the most respected and popular clowns the country currently has to

offer. No matter what he does, Tweedy seems to get into a mess, but to the delight of audiences of all ages he can always find a creative way to get out of it. Tweedy will never get too big for his pants, his pants will always be too big for him. Tweedy’s Lost Property in the Great Hall on Fri 18 February at 11.30am and 2pm. Tickets £10. Celebrate The Beautiful Game with all-female dance company, Next Door Dance. Four women deliver a knockout performance in this ballsy, high-energy show which is brimming with nostalgia and set to a backdrop of chant-along hits and a buzzing soundtrack. Even if football isn’t your thing, this electric, feel-good show will persuade you of its charms. The Beautiful Game in the Tindle Studio on Sat 19 February at 7.30pm. Tickets £15, £12 under 16s

Through participation in the Lino Workshop, children will develop their imagination. They’ll learn to express their creativity and ideas. After an initial introduction to the technique, children will create graphic work using pre-prepared matrices in several exciting themes. Lino printing is a great opportunity not only to create interesting and unique work, but above all, it’s fun for those who are willing to get their fingers dirty during the creative process.
