OPEN EVERY TUESDAY WATERWORKS MUSEUM FAMILY OPEN DAY Waterworks Museum - Hereford Broomy Hill, Hereford, Herefordshire, HR4 0LJ. After the programme of winter maintenance, The Waterworks Museum in Hereford will reopen on Tuesday, 1 March 2022 and then every Tuesday 11am-4pm. Admission on these days is Adults £5, Seniors £4, Free admission for under 16s. Open from 11am to 4pm. No need to book in advance – tickets available at the door. Every Sunday in July musicians play in the grounds of Witley Court. Perhaps have a picnic with friends, relax in the sunshine and enjoy the music. Musicians play at intervals throughout the day at approx 12:15pm, 1:15pm, 2:15pm and 3:15pm Witley Court is open 10am-5pm. THURSDAYS DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS FOREST EXPLORERS - SUMMER HOLIDAY CLUB - DROP OFF AND LEAVE Bodenham Arboretum, Kidderminster, DY11 5TB. Holiday Club - Drop off and Leave A 7-hour session (9am - 4pm) for 6-12 year olds (older children are welcome) run with the ethos of forest school and a wonderful introduction to Bushcraft and other fun forest activities! their children off for the day, knowing that they are going to have a fun filled day Activities will include stream damming,den building, pond dipping, bushcraft skills, fire lighting, cooking on fire, tool use, natural crafts, mini beast hunting plus much, much more! We will be running these sessions each Thursday throughout the summer holidays £32 per child/ Sibling Discount £28.00 Includes a camp fire snack. Bring activity clothes, (long sleeves and trousers recommended) waterproofs, wellies, suntan cream and a sun hat. We also recommend a towel and a change of clothes for the way home... we intend to get messy! Your child will need a packed lunch and we will meet you outside the Visitors centre, on the terrace at Bodenham Arboretum, DY11 5TB from 8.45am please arrive before 9am. Pick up at 4pm from the terrace at Bodenham Arboretum. We have a large shelter on site so even if the weather is really wet we will be able to carry on with most of the activities and stay relatively dry.
