Solid Timber Pallet Boxes

Our solid timber pallet boxes embrace a resurgence in timber. They are designed to be planned within open feature units across lay-on and in-frame planning configurations.

Available in 3 widths (400/500/600mm), these are ideal for storing a plethora of food items including fresh vegetables, spice jars and other dried pantry items.

In-frame & lay-on offering:

The solid timber pallet boxes come in two specifications to enable successful planning across in-frame and lay-on kitchens, as detailed in the table below - please note pallet boxes are sold individually.

TOPTIP

Did you know? This specification should be used when planning a mock in-frame unit as 2 x packers are required to clear the frame, and the runners need to be concealed.

In-frame planning & installation

The in-frame solid timber pallet boxes have been designed to sit within a frame including standard door set frames and drawer pack frames. These need to be ordered separately as a set with the door/dresser removed upon installation. Alternatively you can use frame profile to create a frame.

SEAMLESS LINING THROUGH Designed to maintain equal spacing between drawers to create a seamless aesthetic.

In-frame kitchens are compatible with our solid timber pallet drawer boxes, using the Blum Movento undermount runner system (MOV450/60).

All solid timber pallet drawer boxes come supplied with a 25mm thick packer, enabling the drawer box to bypass the fixed frame.

Fix the packer to the inside of the cabinet, by screwing through the 4 x countersunk holes. Then fix the runner to the packer.

The below technical illustration shows drilling measurements of the packer, for use with timber dovetail drawer boxes.

Mock in-frame planning & installation

The in-frame solid timber pallet boxes should be used when planning mock in-frame kitchens. Creating a Mock in-frame to house the pallet boxes can be achieved using frame profile which can be ordered separately. 2x packers are required and supplied to allow the pallet box to clear frame.

EASY OPENING

Ergonomically spaced to enable easy opening without the need of a handle, maintaining a seamless look.

Mock in-frame kitchens are compatible with our solid timber pallet drawer boxes, using the Blum Movento undermount runner system (MOV450/60).

All solid timber pallet drawer boxes come supplied with a 25mm thick packer, enabling the drawer box to bypass the fixed frame.

Lay-on planning and installation

The pallet boxes have been designed to sit flush with the cabinet gables. We recommend matching your cabinet to the solid timber drawer boxes. In addition, these pallet boxes can be planned in unison with our internal dovetail drawer boxes for added flexibility as detailed below:

Cabinets housing the lay-on pallet boxes should be pulled forward to sit flush with adjacent fascias.

FLUSH TO CABINETRY

Pallet boxes and cabinet sit flush to adjacent units,
