Orders for made-to-order door ranges can be placed by fax, email or on TradeZone. Upon receipt of each order to PWS you will receive an itemised order acknowledgement.

Due to the bespoke nature of made-to-order products, it is not possible to cancel or amend orders once placed. Additions to an order will be processed as a new order.

Orders for timber veneer product will be despatched upon completion of the full order. No part orders will be despatched.

PWS cannot accept the return of surplus made-to-order product.
Although we strive to maintain consistency, as a natural timber veneer product there will be batch-to-batch variances.
Batch to batch variances. Small batch to batch variances may occur in natural wood veneers due to the nature of a living product and production process.
PWS cannot guarantee an exact colour match between orders.
