Amanda Ader: Accomplished and Experienced Amanda Ader is an accomplished and experienced professional, someone who has enjoyed success not only as an academic, but also as a classroom teacher, a writer and as a member of the hospitality industry. Diligent, tenacious and determined to succeed, Ader continues to pursue her goal of one day obtaining a full-time position in the field of education, and to make a real, substantial and positive difference in young people’s lives for many years to come.

Amanda Ader was born in Queens, New York, though her family moved to the state of New Jersey when she was just five years old. Raised by both her mother and her grandparents, Ader established herself as an enthusiastic learner very early on in her academic career, demonstrating a strong commitment and interest in learning as both an elementary and middle school student. Her love of learning continued well into and throughout her college tenures at both the County College of Morris and the College of Saint Elizabeth.

As an eager learner and devoted academic at the College of Saint Elizabeth, Amanda Ader earned the respect and admiration of many of her peers, as well as the reputation of a studious and dedicated individual who always made learning and education her highest priorities. From the Fall Semester of 2009 to the Spring Semester of 2012, Ader was consistently named to the Education Program’s Dean’s List, and wasa honored to have also become a member of the International English Honor Society known as Sigma Tau Delta.

Amanda Ader earned a dual Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Elizabeth in 2012, which included concentrations in both Education and in English. She graduated with Highest Honors, and continues to represent her alma mater with both distinction and pride. A member of the Saint Elizabeth Alumni Association, she hopes to continue to carry out the institution’s rich and storied legacy for many years to come.

Throughout both her college years and the time beyond graduation, Amanda Ader has gained much valuable experience in numerous classroom settings, and has enjoyed the opportunity to hone her skill as an educator at the preschool, kindergarten and grade school levels. She is currently searching for a full-time teaching position, one that will provide her the opportunity to pursue her passion for education to its fullest potential. She looks forward to becoming an integral part of a professional education team, and to begin a difference maker in the lives of young people throughout her community.
