At a young age, Grinbergs knew he wanted to be in the healthcare industry; that young man’s dreams have come true and beyond what they originally were as Grinbergs has accomplished great feats on the clinical and business side of the healthcare industry.

Starting off with his education, David Tom Grinbergs earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska and Diploma from Immanuel School of Respiratory Therapy in the same year of 1985. A satisfying feat for any person, Grinbergs continued on his academic journey and enrolled at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Bioscience. At this University, David Tom Grinbergs would earn his Medical Degree.

The residency programs of which David Tom Grinbergs enrolled in, trained him in Surgery and Anesthesiology and Emergency Medicine. Completing his first residency program at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine, David Tom Grinbergs completed his time in 1992. He then entered the residency program, training in Emergency Medicine at the Midwestern University in Cook County at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. This residency was completed in 1992 in Chicago, Illinois. David Tom Grinbergs accomplished the dream of becoming an efficient, well-trained and board certified physician.

Eventually, David Tom Grinbergs saw opportunities of leadership positions opening for the prestigious physician. Not wanting to waste opportunities of learning and becoming a better leader, Grinbergs attended Stagen Institute. The Executive Leadership Program and the Leadership Circle Program were the two one-year leadership training programs David Tom Grinbergs enrolled himself in to become a leader.

David Tom Grinbergs career on the business side of the healthcare industry began early in his professional career overall. In 1993, David Tom Grinbergs founded Occupational Physicians Associates, P.C. in Omaha, Nebraska. This action fully describes the career of Grinbergs, as he was able to take a start-up company and create something greater out of it. He started, built and managed the occupational medicine clinic system, eventually expanding it to seven locations in three different states. Occupational Physicians Associates, P.C., became a twenty million dollar business with health margins. The business was eventually merged with Rehab Visions, Inc. where David Tom Grinbergs would serve as the Vice President of Medical Services. From here on, David Tom Grinbergs would take start-up companies and help them reach their full potential then move on to grow the next company.
