Dr Cesar Parra: Participant in 2002 In the 2002 World Equestrian Games, Dr Cesar Parra was a proud participant for Colombia. He has participated in many international events in dressage. Dr Cesar Parra works hard to World Equestrian Games cultivate the relationship between horse and human so that both can act as one mind and body during even the most intense of competitions. Dr Cesar Parra currently runs a training facility where he and his trainers work hard to develop the horse as a happy athlete.
Pan AM Games Participant 2003: Dr Cesar Parra Dr Cesar Parra also participated in the Pan Am Games in 2003. Dr Cesar Parra loves to compete internationally, and often will take different horses with him in order to test their abilities on the international stage. By competing frequently, Dr Cesar Parra says rider and horse get to know each other better. He believes this strong relationship not only lasts a lifetime, but also is one of the strongest bonds that a human can experience.

Currently, Dr Cesar Parra is an American citizen, but at the time he was representing Colombia. He loved competing in the Olympic Games and considers that one of his most special achievements. He hopes that one day he can represent his new country in Olympic competition.
Dr Cesar Parra and the FEI World Cup Among the many different competitions that Dr Cesar Parra has participated in, the FEI World Cup is a favorite. Dr. Cesar Parra loves to compete in the freestyle competition and the World Cup highlights the freestyle. This competition allowed Dr Cesar Parra to compete against the best horse trainers and riders from around the world. Dr Cesar Parra finds very few things as gratifying as working with top-notch trainers and their horses. Dr Cesar Parra has two children and lives in New Jersey.
