Gregory S Downs - God and Family First The career of one of the nation’s most professional General Contractors started from humble beginnings, and through his committed dedication and his faith in God, he kept his sights on his goals to create a successful career and a great relationship with his family and his church. Gregory S Downs has always pursued getting close to God, and even the start of his career began with God’s guidance. His reception of a degree in mechanical engineering led him to Boeing, where he spread the message of Christ and worked his way up at the same time. From there, he began his own mission trip in the career that he came to, as a partner with his father in Johnson Downs Construction.

From his father’s business, he created his own construction worker bible study, and continued to spread his faith until he moved to Maui, Hawaii to start his own construction business. He became the owner of JD Pacific, and although his business has grown with much success, he continues to put his family and his faith before his own professional work. As a father and a husband, Gregory S Downs pursues building relationships with his wife and kids, and also build their relationship with God. Much work has been done by him to ensure that his family knows that grace that God has given them, and he credits much of his success to the gifts and the opportunities that God has given him.

He is a very active member of the church that he attends, and has given more than enough to help support their endeavors. He is a regular donator, and has volunteered to help aid in construction projects that the church wishes to pursue. With the skills of mechanical engineering, Gregory S Downs has helped the church renovate and improve its building as it has expanded. Downs has also started his own bible studies within the church, and has helped develop a foundation for his family and the people that are affiliated with his business. Though he is not perfect, as no one is, he has committed his life to a passionate devotion to God and to bringing up those around him to do the same.

He lives his business and his hobbies for God, and even has his pilot’s license to feel spiritually closer to the one who gave him the ability to fly.
