Jesus Salas began his career in the radio industry at the age of 16, and didn’t begin program directing until the age of 19. This was his first radio station, and it was one the most successful radio personalities in the Nation. From there, Jesus Salas branched out and began exploring the wonderful career options that came to him, ones that would eventually bring him to the Executive position that he holds today. In 1998, his program director position brought him to direct WSKQ-FM and WPAT-FM New York, where he worked day and night to bring success to both stations. At this point, Jesus Salas had a large acceleration in his experience as a radio program director, and had the uncanny ability to recruit and train excellent on-air personalities, a quality about him that was essential to bringing his radio stations the popularity that they received. With a team of elite personalities on his side, he made sure that the programs ran smoothly and really attended to the needs and desires of the listeners and subscribers, eventually bringing his station to the number one spot on the charts.
