He has been in the business of well, business for quite some time, learning the ins and outs of the field with an impressive intuition that has man others wondering where he gets it from. The branches of the web that jut out from the center and expand should all be based around increasing customer satisfaction. Jeff says that any business improvement should have the customer in mind, and that anything that branches off from that concept is bound to be a success if executed properly. The reason that this is important to note is because many business strategies can appear useful and applicable, but often fail to bridge the gap between development, implementation, and the ultimate goal of the new project. In Jeff’s experience, he has come to find that the best business strategies do well because they are rooted in the concerns of the customer. It does not matter if this is a reactionary or a pre-emptive strategy, so long as it has the base root of considering the perspective of the consumer. That is the business model that Jeff emphasizes is so important, because it operates on basic principles, refining them in a way that works best not just for the business, but for the customers and consumers as well.
