Mace Watts - Career In The Sales And Marketing Field In the past 17 years, Mace Watts of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina has etched his name in the sales and marketing industry. Receiving his first sales and marketing experience from BlueGreen Golf Corporation in 2000, Watts got a taste of the industry and never left. Starting off as the Director of Sales and Marketing for the BlueGreen Golf Corporation, Watts led and supported sales teams that were responsible for homesites, homes and golf villas. Though he worked for the corporation for just over two years, Mace Watts made an impact on the corporation during the time he was there. Once leaving BlueGreen Golf Corporation, Mace Watts quickly found himself employed with a reputable coastal waterfront developer in North Carolina. Here he moved up in position and was the Regional Sales and Marketing Director and Property Launch Expert. In this position Watts built, led and supported marketing teams that were responsible for launching new properties and developments in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and Alabama. Mace Watts would stay in the position for seven years; during this time, in a culture of urgency and efficiency, the company along with Watts would break records in sales in several consecutive years. Watts was very busy in his role developing sales and marketing teams and creating a sales volume that exceeded over $350 million. After his tenure for seven years, Mace Watts had the opportunity to move into ownership of a new company and into a fresh new position. In 2008, Mace Watts took a position with Level 10 Sales and Marketing as the President of Sales and Marketing; a company that was not too far from the native of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. With this company, Watts grew his network while consulting with high-end and amenity-rich communities in the southeastern United States. Level 10 Sales and Marketing had Watts develop sales strategies that were based on individual developers’ goals in order to more efficiently train and support sales teams that were under Watts’ management. Watts also developed internal procedures and processes that assured potential sales leads were processed efficiently. Throughout his career, Mace Watts made sure to always keep his family a priority. The married businessman of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, often would take time off just to spend more time with his family.
