Randy Palazzo - Developing Real Estate with a Big Heart
Randy Palazzo has been in the real estate profession for 27 years in the Portland, Oregon area. He started out as a real estate agent in the area where he helped people find their dream houses while making sure they did not break their budget. Nowadays, he develops properties within his community where he makes sure to add property value and economic opportunity for the entirety of the neighborhood and further beyond the borders. He has always said that helping his community helps to build strength in the property around and more providing more jobs is what drives him to come to work every morning. Palazzo's goal is to make money, of course, but he does not aim to make money from those who are struggling in his community. Randy Palazzo is also an active member of his community's church. He is a proud member of the Horizon Community Church, which is a massive organization with thousands of members, and they also happen to be a K-12 school in Tualatin, Oregon. Palazzo loves the Horizon Community Church's mission statement, which emphasizes more community service and giving back to those who are less fortunate than you are. In the minds of the church's leaders, the community can only be as strong as the weakest member. Palazzo is happy to be in such an important movement within the community. The church regularly gives to national and local charities including Toys for Tots and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Randy Palazzo is easily different from other real estate developers due to the receptiveness he has of the surrounding community's input. Whenever Palazzo starts a project, he makes sure to consult community leaders where he can get their advice and any concerns they may have before he starts working. He likes to make sure that in whatever community he operates in, he is not going to ruffle feathers. He also makes a point to look for and hire local workers to help the local economy provide a few extra temporary jobs. Palazzo promises his clients the highest quality work from his whole team, on all of his jobs they do together. Communities have been gentrified, pushing working-class families to the outskirts, but he has also seen more opportunity for people as real estate interests have operated in many neighborhoods in Portland as well. He truly puts his heart and soul into each and every job that he does, and that is not something that you see every day in a lot of businesses.
