He has the natural ability to lead others to reach their full potential and achieve not only individual goals, but company wide goals as well. He has acquired over 15 years of experience working successfully in the competitive industry of home security. He is currently serving as the Business Process Manager for one of the most successful home security companies in the United States of America today known as ADT Security Services.

Terry Nance of Sacramento began working for the company as a Commercial Installer in 2001 and was quickly rewarded for his dedication and hard working approach to the position.

After a brief but successful seven months as a Commercial Installer, he was promoted to Installation Coordinator in 2001 and kept the position for three years until he was promoted to Installation Team Manager in 2004. From that position, he was promoted to Branch Manager in May of 2006 and worked successfully until September of 2008 when he was promoted to Area Operations Manager in October of 2008. In December of 2012, he was promoted to his current position of Business Process Manager where his responsible for much of the success the company continues to enjoy.

Terry Nance of Sacramento is dedicated to the path of success. He has proven his ability to work successfully in a fast paced and demanding industry that requires expert leadership and management skills. Much of the leadership and management skills he currently uses to advance his already esteemed career in the home security industry he learned through his time serving his country in the United States Marine Corps.

However, much of the knowledge he has as a business professional was learned during his educational career. Terry Nance of Sacramento graduated from the prestigious institution known as the University of Phoenix in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business management. He later received his Master’s degree in business administration from the California State University in Sacramento.

Terry Nance of Sacramento hasn’t always been working in the industry of home security.

Before he began his career with ADT Security Services, he served his country in the United States Marine Corps, the United States Department of the State, and privately through a company based in New Orleans, Louisiana called, Raytheon Systems Limited.

While working for Raytheon Systems Unlimited, Terry Nance of Sacramento was an Avionics Technician responsible for performing avionics electronics upgrades to include the communication, navigation, and radar systems on C-130 military cargo aircraft. He installed, programmed, tested, and certified all upgrades to military specifications and requirements. He attained the position of Lead Avionics Technician within two years of working for the prestigious company.
