Uncovering What Made Randall Palazzo so Great The property venture of one of Portland’s greatest real estate investors was one of innovation, with the passion to create new ideas and solutions for an area that is now a very thriving part of the city. The real estate business is about mastering not only the market, but the process behind which properties, neighborhoods, and the market itself grows and strengthens. From there, prosperity is found. Randall Palazzo spent almost no time at all grasping this concept, and immediately out of college he took his real estate license and began creating work that would make a successful 10-year real estate company. The anatomy behind this man’s commitment to every aspect of real estate yields answers to how the real estate market should be, giving an example to the real estate agents of the nation. Real estate wasn’t just about making the sale to Randall. In fact, that was the last thing on his mind as he began his career in real estate, taking the opposite path from most real estate investors in the decision to begin purchasing a series of run down pieces of property in the northeastern side of Portland. A quirky beginning to a flourishing career, but the element that separated him from the rest of the market was his ability to focus on different part of the market. Randall Palazzo spent less time selling, and more time looking at the big picture of the market. He was focusing on the buying experience of his clients, his real estate agents, and of others in the neighborhood. His goal wasn’t just to sell one or two houses that he managed to flip, but to use the entire neighborhood as a place for leverage, a place where he could transform. His success was built off of selling not only one house, but the neighborhood to each individual customer that found interest. Revolving his passionate career out of the buying experience of others, he learned how to sell the right way, instead of focusing on simply the money. His philosophy was engaged in bringing quality homes to people looking for quality experiences, and because of this guarantee he brought to himself and others, his flipping and home development skill turned a dying neighborhood into a popular place to live. Using his creativity and interest in architecture, Randall Palazzo copyrighted over 30 different vintage-style home development plans for use in structuring one neighborhood-wide brand for people to find interest in. With each house complementing one another, his real estate magic turned that area of Portland into a masterpiece, and with this art he took his skills to 4 different states, and even to a neighborhood in Mexico.
