Central Business District of southern Taiyuan City is located

adjacent to the Fen Riverm which is the “mother river” of Taiyuan city, and it is also the secondary branch of the Yellow River, this special location determined that it is destinied to be the key link between Fen River andthe southern Taiyuan city, and at the meantime, this linear green space is corresponding to the historic places which are on the other side of the Fen River.
