With this technology, worldwide rail track maintenance and construction projects are completed in less time and with reduced operational costs.
The bespoke Panel Lifter machines eliminate manual handling and improve the accuracy, as well as increase the productivity of installations.
Panel Lifters are completely remote controlled, creating an instant exclusion zone while also eliminating safe handling concerns.
The speed of removal is critical during limited possession timelines to enable rework of the track foundation ahead of replacement. The Panel Lifter system has been successfully and ef ficiently overcoming rail logistics challenges for more than 10 years.
A Panel Lifter system of 4 machines can move panels up to 164 feet (50 Metres) long. More machines can be added to this configuration to move even longer lengths of panels, and it can work with all types of panels.

• 20,000 lb lifting capability per Panel Lifter, multiple units increase lifting capability; for example three units would lift approximately 60,000 lb.

FLASS - Fine Line and Sleeper Spacer
The FLASS beam is used with a Panel Lifter system to lift and transpose ties of all compositions.
Lifting up to 14 ties, the built-in hydraulic system manages the load using custom clips and a unique frame design.
The ties can then be transported while keeping the precise tie spacing required for critical job deliveries.

DavRail, Inc.’s offering of the Trac Rail Transposer is a safe and ef ficient way to transport, remove, and install lengths of rail and associated iron work under live Overheard Line Equipment and Catenary.
The TRT removes and installs all profiles of rail and can work on all gauge of track. Multiple TRTs can be used to move long lengths of rail as well as transport, remove and install associated iron work like switches and crossings. The product is fully approved to operate in both North America and South America.

The Track Cable Transporter (TCT) is designed to lift, transport, and dispense cable from pre-wound cable reels. It does this safer, and more ef ficiently than traditional methods due to it being entirely remote controlled.
The latest iteration of this tracked machine can now be used for reels up to 63 inches in diameter and approximately 4400 pounds in weight.

RAIL TROLLY
The McCulloch Rail Trolly is the ideal solution for transporting multiple lengths of rail, full panels, and track equipment. Each trolly is equipped with a full 4-cylinder pneumatic braking system to ensure absolute safety, as well as; working lights, solar battery tending, and multiple drawbar attachment options.
Additional equipment can easily be installed on each trolly, as there are pre-designed ports ready to accept accessories like the Rail Gantry.
