afro-fusion Dance for Kids/ teens/adults
a fusion of creative dance that inspires the imagination of joy and fun. afro-fusion dance connects with the african diaspora and personal connections of appreciation and kindness of others. students are encouraged to explore movement and discover their own personal and cultural connections. this class will also enhance your muscular strength, cardiovascular health, and mentality.

Dance 101
have you ever wanted to try to learn different types of dance but can’t find a class that offers variety? in this six week class, students will learn basic techniques for dancing across different types such as line, pom, hip-hop, military, latin jazz and lyrical. not only is this class fun, but it’s also an excellent way for kids to develop different physical skills such as balance, flexibility, strength, conditioning, agility, posture, and improve their overall health.

focus on poise, grace, balance, beauty of ballet and learn rhythm, pizzazz, and movements in tap. members look forward to participating in the community recital as well as having fun!

School Safety awareness
children will learn how to communicate and defend themselves in real-life situations involving stranger abduction and bully intimidation. Both escape techniques and communication skills will be taught so students can defend themselves against being grabbed and learn to diffuse problems vocally. s afety information will be discussed each week. this program focuses on s afety awareness, self-defense, discipline, respect, and self- confidence. all classes are taught in a fun, yet structured environment.

Beginning Mexican Folklore
step by step class instruction learning the beautiful steps and creative movements while exploring the background and history of the mexican folk dance. instructor provides instruction in both english and spanish.

B. a s i c . Junior tennis is a program where participants learn introductory fundamentals and conditioning drills to prepare for match play. participants will gain tennis experience, personal growth, and learn life skills that can be used not only on the court, but also beyond the game of tennis. rackets are provided, however bringing your own is strongly encouraged. instruction is provided by united states professional tennis a ssociation (uspta) coach Kelvin Brown.
