LETTER FABRICATION Our state of the art CNC Letter Return Pre-Forming Equipment ensures accurate bends and uniformity of letter sets. PAINT Complete with full colour mixing capacity, we are able to match over 10,000 colours, creating a vibrant palette of sign finishes. We use modern electrostatic painting equipment to provide high quality and durable painted finishes using Acrylic Polyurethane Coatings.

Our fabrication team is made up of expert, certified fabrication professionals. They are fully equipped with extrusion saws, processing equipment, a hydraulic brake press, and a shear. On-site storage of extrusions affords a slick and timely product turnaround. Moreover, all designs are engineered to meet weather demands specific to the climate of the sign’s final location.

Our welding team are all certified to the appropriate level, and use a variety of tools and equipment to achieve the cutting edge products we design. Our Services Consultancy Design Project Management Maintenance

CONSULTANCY The way we work is never set in stone. For the vast majority of clients, we work directly with them in, providing a complete bespoke service. However, we are also happy to work with your architects, designers, brand teams and contractors, whatever works best for you. We are increasingly involved with the scheduling and design of internal and external sign packages for public and commercial buildings. This is a chargeable service and the resulting documentation - a schedule in database format, electronically marked up location plans, colour visuals of all sign types and budget estimates - can be used for tender purposes. STAGE 1 Visit site and meet with owners, operators, contractors, architects and designers. Agree the scope of works and carry out a Signage Survey of the building, which includes taking photographs and measurements. STAGE 2 Prepare a first draft schedule, including marked up plans, as well as the development of sign visuals. Our initial discussions about your ideas will establish the full scope of design possibilities and price range. STAGE 3 A second site visit, which will include a detailed review of schedule and plans as well as presentation of design proposals. This will also be our opportunity to ascertain installation requirements, including the need for any additional plant, permit to dig and request for the scanning of beried services. We can also project manage essential administration and negotiate planning applications on behalf of our client. We specialise in bringing together all the various skills and services that are required, from ideas right through to final installation. STAGE 4 Revise documentation and prepare budgets. STAGE 5 â&#x20AC;&#x2DC;Sign offâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; stage. Prepare tender documentation and issue in electronic format. We will also issue full O&M information upon request.
