FALL/WINTER Programs

Convenience, flexibility and variety, three ways Fitness & Wellness programs at the ARC are going to keep you fit this year! Whether you’re looking to get started with your workouts, looking for a new challenge, or maintain your fitness, we have a class for you. We offer a variety of cardio, strength, and core classes on our “Fitness Plus” schedule; various yoga or Pilates for your mind/body practice on the “Mind & Body” schedule; or maybe you are looking for that “Specialty Program” FITNESS to guide your progress like Fit Club or Ballet for Adults. Take advantage of the flexible drop-in schedules or Specialty program that gives you the variety and convenience in your fitness and wellness activities.

SPECIALTY CLASSES

Variety and convenient fitness to help keep you fit! Choose from classes such as Zumba, Power Cardio, Step, HIIT Cardio, Boot Camp, Group Cycle, and much more. Try a variety of classes taught by experienced instructors motivated to make you sweat!

Relax, renew and refresh with Mind & Body options that create a connection between your physical and mental health. Pick a class that speaks to you or try something new with our Gentle Yoga, Barre Pilates, Power Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Yoga Vibe classes.

Specialty classes

We also offer an a la carte option. For your convenience you do not need to be an ARC member to register for a special interest class. Try a staff & faculty or women’s only program, Latin Ballroom dance or fencing. These programs are fun yet challenge and empower you to achieve your health and fitness goals.
