important info/policies
When you give us your 5 choices of sports activities we will do our best to fit them all in. However, due to facility restrictions you may not be able to get all 5 of your choices for the day. Please be sure to arrive between 9:00 - 9:15 am, and depart between 3:10 - 3:30 pm. This will allow us to provide smooth, quality programming for all groups that are attending the program. If you expect to arrive late or leave early, please be aware that we may need to cut out one of your activities for the day. It is imperative that groups (28 students or less) have a teacher/supervisor that remains with the group throughout the entire day. We encourage the teacher/supervisor to partake in the activities.
