Note from the Editor Welcome to the April 2016 issue of Queen Size Magazine. Over the next few months you will notice a slight shift in the magazine. We are transitioning to become an all fashion magazine. You are going to be seeing a few less articles and whole lot more fashion suggestions and choices for the curvy Queens. This change is in preparation for our Sister magazine that will be released on March 15th. Look out for the M.I.M.S. Magazine, a new business magazine being born under the Cohesive Minds brand. I remind people on a daily basis to chase those dreams. If you want it for yourself then make it happen. I am living proof of that. Who would have thought that this little Brooklyn girl would become a business owner? A lot of people had that thought as I was growing up. As we are in the heart of tax season I also want to take a moment to remind us all of the importance of investing in ourselves. For those of you who actually get back that pretty couple thousand dollars, use it to help yourself get out of debt. Use it to start up a little nest egg so when you spend all of your tax money you have a little something saved up for emergence purposes. For those of you that own companies, take some of that money and invest it into your company. “The best hobby makes for the greatest business. ~Tawana Blassingame

THE BERRY SMOOTHIE | BY DARSHI SHAH

7

Some amazing doctors were discussing their breakfast of choice... a berry smoothie. They wanted something quick that satisfied them and allowed them to get all their antioxidants in one shot. I do this berry smoothie every week, and it satisfies me and makes me feel equipped to handle anything the day holds for me! Try it and be amazed. Ingredients: 2 cups coconut milk 1⁄2 cup pineapple, diced 1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries 1⁄2 banana 1⁄2 avocado Handful spinach leaves 1 scoop whey protein powder (grass-fed) 1 Tablespoon ground flax seeds Instructions: 1. Using a blender, blend all smoothie ingredients until a uniform creamy consistency. 2. Serve immediately, otherwise keep sealed in the refrigerator until ready.

QUEEN SIZE MAGAZINE PRESENTS

“To Answer Your Question” By SHIRLEY BEALE

HE WANTS TO KEEP RELATIONSHIP A SECRET Question: Hello Shirley. My guy and I have been together for over a year. We met thru a mutual acquaintance and things seem to be good or I thought. He’s foreman of the local car manufacturer and his shift keeps him working a lot. We do things together but not a lot. We have mutual friends in some of the common circles we are in but he doesn’t want anyone to know about us. When I asked why, he said it was because he didn’t want people in our business. I don’t like this secrecy because I see no reason for it. Do you think I am overreacting?

SHIRLEY’S RESPONSE: I do not think you are overreacting. From the limited information you have given me, I smell a dead cat on the line. That’s a phrase my grandmother you to say when something didn’t seem quite right. Unless your guy is a member of the CIA, the President’s secret service or some other member of National Security, I think he is hiding something or someone. His job schedule could affect the time you all spend together however; I’m a firm believer that people find time to do what they want to do. Since you didn’t mention that the two of you work together, company policy prohibiting employee dating is not the case for you. I would make preparation to move on if he persists in the secrecy. With technology what it is, it is very easy to find out if your guy is being upfront with you however, is it really worth it? The bottom line remains he wants to keep your relationship a secret and that would be enough for me, ESPECIALLY AFTER A YEAR. Give him a fair chance to explain to you why he wants to keep your relationship private. Tell him what you want and if you want to give him a time frame to stop the secrecy (a short timeframe), then do that. If he is not in agreement with that, you should mentally and physically remove yourself from this relationship and free yourself for someone who would be proud to be with you in private and in public.

CO-SIGN OR NOT Question: Hi Shirley. My wife is mad because I won’t cosign for her a car. Her credit is less than perfect and she wants me to sign. She loves to shop and is not the most

WWW.QUEENSIZEMAGAZINE.COM|APRIL 2016 ISSUE

responsible person with bills. She said if I love her, I will sign. This has caused a problem in our marriage, our sex life which has stopped and we argue all the time about this. She works but her entire check goes on her while I pay for everything. Why do women do this? SHIRLEY’S RESPONSE: Hello co-sign or not. First of all, ALL WOMEN DO NOT DO THIS. Secondly, sorry to say but your wife sounds very immature if she is getting mad because you won’t reward her careless behavior. If she is withholding sex because you won’t sign, that’s not good. If you decide to sign because you are frustrated with the withholding of sex, I hope you are prepared to be fully responsible for the car and payments because chances are she will not take care of the car or the payments. If she gets tickets on the vehicle, you will be responsible for those too. If she’s involved in an accident, this could cause a lot of trouble for you. If your wife is careless with your family finances, why do you think she will be responsible with a vehicle? If the car will be necessary for her to work or to better your family situation, then I think she should have a car, but it should be a car WITHOUT a car payment. Find her an inexpensive but reliable car that you can purchase in full. You wife sounds very spoiled and selfish. I doubt that this behavior is something new. If you have dealt with it in the past, it will only get worse. It may be a car today but who knows what it will be tomorrow. Car or not, I could definitely have a serious conversation with her about working together, being responsible and the importance of family. That is more important than a car or anything else. Good luck.

NO R-E-S-P-E-C-T Question: I use to enjoy what I do but some recent facts have left me very unhappy in my current situation. How do you work with someone you no longer respect? SHIRLEY’S RESPONSE: That answer will depend on your situation. Are you in a position to move to another department within the company? If so, I would start there. If the answer is no, then I would concentrate on methods to ignore the person. He or she doesn’t deserve the time nor the effort you are giving them that caused you to lose respect. Concentrate on you and not the individual you have lost respect for.

TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION | BY SHIRLEY BEALE

BABY MAMA DRAMA Question: The mother of my son’s child is using their children as a pawn. The two of them broke up and he has gone back to school and met a really nice girl. He has always been a great dad which is rare in this society. He loves his kids and spends a lot of time with them. The child’s mother has threatened to move away with their 2 kids if he doesn’t spend time with the kids including her. She has tried to reconcile with him but he refuses because of her volatile nature. He pays child support and visits regularly. Can she withhold the kids legally if he doesn’t want to be with her anymore? SHIRLEY’S RESPONSE: I commend your son on being a good dad. From your letter, he sounds like a young dad. I would encourage him to continue his efforts so he can be an example for his kids. If paternity has been established, meaning if he has already been proven to be the father thru a DNA test, he has many rights. The kid’s mom cannot keep the kids from their father. Paying child support and visiting the kids can be a plus if a decision ever has to be made regarding who the kids live with. If the mother is taking good care of them but refusing to allow visits or is threatening to move away because the father no longer wishes to be with her, that is a matter for the court system. Too often children are placed in the middle of parental disputes and they are the ones that ultimately get hurt. In some confrontational scenarios, parents are doing visit exchanges at the police station. While that may be the agreement between the parents, it is not healthy for the children who will grow up remembering that mom and dad didn’t get along so they had to go from one car to the next at the police station. These kids could grow up believing if their relationships don’t work out, they can do their exchanges at the police station also. Am I the only one that see something wrong with this picture? Back to your son’s situation: Tell your son to continue doing what he is doing which is being a good father. But I would encourage you both to talk to a lawyer that is very knowledgeable in family law, and more importantly the rights of fathers. I’d pray that the mother of the kids grow up and stop using the kids but assuming that is just wishful thinking, seek legal counsel immediately.

While, I am not typically into drugstore mascara’s, tthis mascara was odd to use at first but I changed the way I applied it an fell in love. i took a lot longer than usual to comb through my lashes. My lashes were longer, thicker. While they did clump together a teeny bit, it still looked quite flattering. While I tested the Original version, I knew the waterproof version would be an easy suggestion for spring and summer. For an average of $8 it’s worth a try. Why I love it: It looks pretty with some effort. It helps blend false lashes with your own. Where to grab it: Your local drugstore or www. amazon.com Photo Credit * www.lorealparisusa.com

Garnier Fructis Smooth and Shine Shampoo and Conditioner

Midas Touch Invigorating Body Buffer This shampoo is a such great clean with a great scent. My true love is the conditioner. It helps detangling and keep your blow out sleek and with less frizz. Makes great shaving cream if you’re in a bind. Why I love it: The slip makes detangling a breeze. Where to get it: CVS, Walmart or your local drugstore. Photo Credit: http://www. garnierusa.com

This scrub smells good enough to eat (I don’t recommend eating it). I have tried enough scrubs in my life to know if you tried one, you’ve tried them all. However, this one made me perk to attention. The scent makes me feel awake and my elbows were noticeably softer and my skin had just the right amount of silky sheen for the delicious essentials oils. My daughter would swear that when applied after shaving, her legs were noticeably smoother for a longer time. So.. Yeah, get this one. Women live for shoes! I had the privilege of meeting and chatting with Raleigh NC shoe designer Derick Okeke, also known as Chukwu “D” Designz. He is a talented young man who specializes in custom African print shoes and hand bags. His work has been seen in the January 2016 edition of Queen Size Magazine and he does not plan on stopping anytime soon! Natalie: Who is Derrick (Chukwudi) Okeke? Chukwu: Derrick Chukwudi Okeke is the owner and designer for Chukwu “D” Designz. My background is Nigerian (Igbo) and American. Chukwu “D” Designz is what I used to personalize my business name, which comes from my middle name ‘Chukwudi’ meaning ‘God is alive’ or ‘there is God’. I have always been inspired by African prints and its abstract patterns ever since I first laid eyes on my first African attire. Chukwu “D” Designz are a variety of shoes and custom made clutches hand wrapped in beautiful African textiles. Natalie: What inspires your designs? Chukwu: I get most of my inspiration for my designs from watching Naija films. It helps me to understand the different styles that are manipulated with using African prints and that all colors and patterns can be worn by anyone. When using African prints there are no limits to what a designer can or can’t do! Natalie: Who inspires your designs? Chukwu: People inspire my designs and creativity because they are the ones who I am designing for. My designs are suitable for all types of people that would like that extra pop of color to enhance their look. Natalie: Do you have any mentors? If so why them? Chukwu: My mentors are my sweet mom (Joyce) and my closest friends and family who have been my cheerleaders cheering me on ever since my very first shoe I designed. (Alan Wilson) a business entrepreneur who has taught me that perseverance is key to running a successful business, always told me, ‘A boss never sleeps, when everyone is sleeping at night, they are up working’ I really have experienced this a night or two when working on a design. The newest mentor to my circle is (Natalie Dawn) she has been a light of inspiration to me on my business journey. Natalie’s determination and hard work ethics is truly a blessing to me to witness as well as to apply for my own personal use. Thank you Natalie and Charlotte for my very 1st fashion show. Thanks guys!!! Natalie: What are some encouraging words you would tell someone who would like to start their own business? Chukwu: Words of encouragement for those who would like to start their own business is to be ready and willing to put in the

hours that are needed for your business. Always stay positive and focused on the main reason why you wanted to start a particular business. Be passionate in what you’re doing because it will reflect on how successful of your business will be. Natalie: What’s in store for future? Chukwu: I envision a profound growth internationally for Chukwu “D” Designz. I truly believe that African fashion will never lose its trend nor go out of style. Natalie: Where do you see yourself/designs in 5 years? Chukwu: In 5 years, I can see myself travelling to other places of the world showcasing my designs as well as participating in several high end fashion shows alongside well-known designers in the fashion industry. I would like to see my designs featured in several fashion magazines and displayed in a boutique shop. Natalie: Is there anything else you would like to share with readers? Chukwu: What I would like to share with the readers is to always trust God and believe in yourself. Go after your dreams and make them come alive. Most importantly get and stay connected with strong and positive people who will encourage you to do your best in life and always remain humble. Natalie: What is your favorite quote or proverb and what does it mean to you? Chukwu: ‘There is no elevator to success. You have to take the stairs’ Author: unknown This quotes means that success only comes from hard work and dedication. Through sacrifice and loosing countless number of sleep I am now reaping the start of success from a business that I have envisioned to prosper and reach many all over the world… Natalie: Social media and contact information? Once again history was made; this time it was Sports Illustrated that stepped up to the plate and showed the world that we all are beautiful no matter our size, shape or color. On February 13, 2016, as the three women (Rebecca Romijn, Ashley Graham and Ronda Rousey) stood on the stage waiting to see which one of them would walk away with the honor, the world held its breath right along with them. With no shade to the other ladies, I of course wanted Ashley to win. I think Rebecca and Ronda are beautiful women and they both deserved the honor, but I wanted to see another barrier broken. And what do you know; they all walked away winners. For the first time ever Sports Illustrated has released a three cover issue; YES, three different women, three different covers. This is huge for all of us; not just the plus size industry but for women all over. I was happy to see Ashley move from being the first plus size women to be featured inside Sports Illustrated (even if it was in an ad), to being on the cover. I felt like women all over the globe had won and I look forward to seeing what is next; who is next to break yet another barrier. We salute and congratulate Rebecca, Ashley and Ronda on their achievements.

Contoured and Flawless Makeup & Beauty Center Crystal Carmen is an amazing teacher. She doesn’t just teach you how to apply your makeup but she also explains the how and why of each product. The class is call Contoured and Flawless; after taking this class you will definitely look and feel contoured and flawless.

Are you anything like me; the girl that doesn’t wear makeup? Believe me when I tell you that I have tried different products but I could never find anything that I actually liked. Most of the products made my face itch, made me feel/look like a clown or just never quite matched my skin complexion. It didn’t really help that I had absolutely no true understanding of how to apply makeup properly either. I knew the basics but it just wasn’t enough to keep me wearing makeup. For years I had been saying that I was going to take a makeup class; years went by and I never did. It wasn’t until I got into the industry that I really became more interested in learning makeup some application processes. Watching others apply their makeup made me realize that this was more intense than I initially thought. On one hand I wanted to learn and on the other hand I thought to myself this was way too much stuff to put on my face. Lol

On January 31, 2016 I took my very first makeup class taught by Crystal Carmen, CEO of Pink Stiletto Cosmetics. It was called the Contoured and Flawless Makeup class. Of course I was the one person in the class that knew absolutely nothing. I didn’t know my blush from my pretty powder; but I learned.

I purchased the five minute makeover which consists of blush, a pretty powder, lip whip, a professional dream wand (makeup brush), a lip wand, a card that shows you how and where to apply each product; all packed neatly in a pink stiletto cosmetics makeup bag. This is a great buy and is perfect for when you have only five minutes to look pretty and get out of the house.

If you are looking for a great teacher then you should sign up for Crystal’s class ASAP. Crystal recently opened up her own store in Pennsylvania; be sure to check it out. For more information on how Pink Stiletto Cosmetics can help you look and feel beautiful check out the site and sign up for the class. The site for the products is www. pinkstilettocosmetics.com and to sign up for the class reach out to Crysal at www.facebook.com/ Contouredandflawless.

I also got the liquidream foundation which I found to be absolutely and positively amazing. The colors are perfect matches for most skin tones, or can be matched to fit your tone. You don’t need to use a lot of the product to get full coverage. And most importantly for me, it does not make my face itch. #Winning In addition to those protects I also have some different color lip whips. Allow me to also mention that I have been afraid of color for most of my life. I usually like to play it safe and go with the natural earth tones. But Crystal kind of pushed me out of my comfort zone when I received a free sample of one her lip whips from an event. It was a color that I would never have worn before but she insisted on seeing the color on my lips. So she applied it and made me fall in love. I am still a little hesitant with colors but I am becoming more daring. I even bought a purple lipstick from one of my other business associates (because I love to support everyone). QSM: What piqued your interest in joining the world of cosmetology? Monique: I guess you can say I was a ”girly” girl growing up. My mother was very into skincare and her hair always had to be done, even if she was just going to the store to get milk. It sparked my interest very early; I couldn’t wait to do things like use a curling iron wash my face with Noxzema and use pressed powder. QSM: What are some of the things that you learned working with Estée Lauder and MAC Cosmetics that you can say has helped you as a makeup artist/entrepreneur? Monique: working for MAC was one of the best jobs. I remember bringing my friend Alexis to do an application on her which was part of the interview process; and I was so nervous! I just knew I did a horrible job; all I had to work with was two shades of purple and a sponge applicator. Well I landed the job and learned so many new things. I was impressed with the diversity you can have with makeup. It was the perfect stepping stone for my career. QSM: How did you make your way into the fashion industry working shows? Monique: When I came to Charlotte I worked in retail and I would always talk to my coworkers about working in the industry as a makeup artist. Come to find out one of them (Asyia) was already established as a makeup artist and referred me to do a show with her; that put me onboard and I went from there. QSM: What is your opinion on models that don’t like to wear makeup during photo shoots? Monique: I would strongly suggest that models should wear some kind of makeup whether it’s full or light coverage for photoshoots to cover imperfections, blemishes and even out the skin tone. It always helps with editing. If they are worried about sensitivity they should find one that works for them and let the artist know. QSM: In a world filled with makeup artists; what makes you stand out or different from the rest? Monique: I think I’m different because of my technique. I don’t want to trick anybody as they say, and make anybody look completely different; a lot of my clients just want enhancement. I’m consistent with that, I make them feel comfortable and they trust me. QSM: Did you wear makeup as a child? Monique: I absolutely did! Well pretty much bright eye shadows and lips gloss lol. And you couldn’t tell me nothing. And there wasn’t any kind of blending at all! I would die if I found any of those pictures!! QSM: Those are some photos I would pay money to see. Lol. Being a makeup artist, is this what you do full time? Monique: Even when I was working other jobs I never strayed away from my passion. I’ve been doing it full time now for the last 3yrs. QSM: Congratulations on that. I once heard someone say that makeup artists charge a lot of money. Can you explain what goes into deciding what to charge your clients and what they are paying for? Monique: I had the hardest time figuring out my pricing by trying to base it off other people. I didn’t want to cheat people but still wanted to maintain. No shade to those who charge more than me. In my opinion some makeup artists determined their pricing based off the type of clientele they have, their experience, or cost of product. I base my pricing off of time and product. QSM: What do you cover exactly in your classes? Monique: In my class I cover different techniques like natural everyday looks, product and tool knowledge and the dos and don’ts; which I’m still learning as I go. QSM: Albert Einstein said “once you stop learning, you start dying”. Do you do private classes or only group classes? Only in NC? Monique: I do both but I prefer the group classes. Everyone gets to meet each other, network, laugh, and have fun. I do private lessons with the clients that have a crazy schedule and can’t make the class. QSM: Where can people find out more information on you? Website, social media links…. Monique: I am always on social media you can find me on Facebook: Monique Stevens Instagram: m_simonemua Webpage” www.MoniqueSimoneMUA.com

TINY TIPS TO HELP YOU FOCUS ON KEEPING FIT AND HAVING FUN by Kat of Katnap Fitness

ONE

Don’t wear ‘em if you ain’t gonna use ‘em! - Make a deal with yourself; if you put the exercise clothes on, then you ACTUALLY have to exercise.

THREE

Make the first clothes you put on in the morning be your workout clothes - then refer to tip number 1.

TWO Be socially accountable - Tell a couple of your besties that you need an “accountability” call; we already do this in our work every day. A weekly check in; but make sure it is a friend that can hold you to it. Just knowing that you need to fess up every week is very motivating.

WWW.QUEENSIZEMAGAZINE.COM|APRIL 2016 ISSUE

FOUR

Reward yourself when you hit a fitness goal - and NOT with food. It can be with a manicure or a small purchase that makes you feel great, like perfume, scarf or something fun.

TEN TIPS TO HELP YOU FOCUS ON KEEPING FIT AND HAVING FUN | BY KAT

FIVE

Make a grab and go snack area- these should already be in the right portions and ready for you to just grab and go, like nuts, popcorn or maybe carrots. When we get busy and stressed, intelligent eating goes right out the window.

SIX

Use your smart phone. Set a reminder on your phone about why you are working out. Set it to go off every day at a certain time, but change it weekly so it does not become unimportant. And promise yourself you will ACTUALLY READ IT!

SEVEN

Check yourself before you wreck yourself - Write down the top 5 reasons you cannot work. Then on the same page write the 5 responses to those excuses that you know are just excuses. LOL- Then post it somewhere you can see it.

EIGHT

Change one small thing a month - It does not need to be epic. You do NOT need to run a marathon. If you eat in front of the TV change it so you only allow yourself to do that once a week. If you drive through the drive-thru daily, reduce that by 2 days a week. Think about it; if you made 12 small but important changes toward a fit lifestyle what a difference a year will make.

NINE

Wear jeans - yup we know how comfy it is to get on the stretch pants but it is a lot easier to overindulge if you are feeling skinny in your mumu dress- LOL

TEN

Treat it like meeting; an IMPORTANT MEETING. I know women who keep their hair appointments religiously, men who keep golf appointments no matter what is going on. And we all know you wouldn’t miss a meeting with your boss. So make your workout appointments as serious as a meeting with your doctor or boss; they are NOT to be missed or rescheduled. Meesha Ann

Meesha Ann was born and raised on the sunny island of Jamaica. Her early childhood days were filled with great memories of designing doll clothing from her uncle’s scrap cloth box. She would spend most of her summer days with her uncle, her uncle being a taylor, learning the basic techniques of designing and sewing. Meesha Ann’s love for fashion grew even more when her mother introduced her to the world of runway. She would have her practice runway walk with a hardcover book on her head, the old school way. Meesha and her mom would spend hours of watching fashion shows and pageants. Their all-time favorite was the Miss Jamaica World pageant, which became their annual ritual. Family life was perfect for Meesha, although financially her family struggled, nothing could break the bond that they shared as a family. Meesha Ann came from a strong family oriented household, who constantly reminded her each day that she was beautiful, brilliant and fierceness. On the other hand School life was a bit difficult for her. Being a bit “chubby” Meesha Ann was constantly teased by her peers about her weight. Despite the over whelming love and support from her family, the teasing affected her confident level, which eventually made her very shy. Looking back she realize that children channel their energy towards different activities; sports, singing, dancing -ultimately building their selfconfidence. For her fashion was her source of energy; fashion became her passion and she loves every aspect of it. Meesha always wanted to model, but the industry didn’t allow plus size women to do so, and even if they did it was on the small scale. Eager to find out more she started do to research, where she came across a group called Full Figured Fierce, a group dedicated to inspire and uplift women of all shape, size and color. She quickly jumped on board and entered the Face of Full Figured Fierce for the month of April 2015 and she won! It turned out that the owner and founder of the competition is a Model recruiter for Queen Size Model Management. Meesha Ann was then introduced to the team and immediately fell in love the family oriented management style. While trying to juggle her Modeling career, Meesha Ann decided to go back to school, to pursue her MBA, with concentration in Management and Leadership. Meesha Ann had the opportunity of gracing the stage at the Brooklyn Night Out 2015. She was also selected and competed as a finalist in the Kurvacious Model Competition 2015. Meesha Ann made her debut as an Ad Model in Queen Size Magazine October 2015 issue.

ALICIA APPLETON

MEETS NEW YORK FASHION WEEK WWW.QUEENSIZEMAGAZINE.COM|APRIL 2016 ISSUE

ALICIA APPLETON

43

Born in New York City’s northern most borough of the Bronx to Jamaican parents, Alicia Appleton was destined to make her own way in the world. Not one for the mundane or to go along with the status quo, she always sought to try something different or learn something new—traits that her parents encouraged and fostered. Getting bitten by the fashion bug during high school, Alicia earned both an Associates in Applied Science (Fashion Institute of Technology) and Bachelors of Science (College at Oneonta, State University of New York) in Fashion Design which paved the way to a twelve year career the fashion industry. Specializing in Knitwear (Sweaters and Cut & Sew Knits) and particularly plus size clothing, she spent the next few years honing her skills as both a designer and learning the business side of the apparel industry at one of the largest fashion conglomerates in the world. As a merchandiser at this company, she grew and managed over $20 million in business for the company. But being part of the corporate factory, she slowly found herself losing her passion for a world she once loved. Creativity has always been an integral part of who Alicia is. So when her first job as a technical designer seemed to become stagnant, she needed something to keep the passion alive. Alicia began studying jewelry making. That hobby would later turn into a business. In the Fall of 2015, Alicia boldly struck out on her own, leaving her position at the fashion company and launching her own line, Amber Poitier. The debut jewelry collection for the line which showcased at New York Fashion Week, entitled Breathe.Pray.Love, tells the story of Alicia’s personal career journey. Today, Alicia Appleton can be found sketching ideas for her new collection in her studio and planning her next international trip to garner inspiration for her line.

Traces Of My Pen

by Tawana Blassingame

I am a work in progress, pray for me as I work to progress I am the seed to a flower or a seed to a tree I am growing into the woman God wants me to be I can only follow the path That was laid out for me And jump over the hurdles Where the smooth road should be I pray for forgiveness From those I hurt Whether it was a physical hurt Or an unkind word I accept the apologies Of those that hurt me And pray the prayer That will set me free “GOD GRANT ME THE SERENITY TO ACCEPT THE THINGS THAT I CAN’T CHANGE THE COURAGE TO CHANGE THE THINGS THAT I CAN AND THE WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO” As I rid myself of all the negative in my life I pray that my decisions Will be mostly right I know I’m not perfect This I know But I pray that my progress Will definitely show
