BEST DRESSED AT THE GRAMMY’S
RIHANNA Wearing: Armani Prive - I love this look for Rihanna. She is always trying out new things and always has fun with her outfits. The top is sexy and shows off her amazing midriff while the ruffled skirt adds a bit of balance in the outfit. It is modern, edgy- super fun. One of, if not the best look of the red carpet. QueenTeam Fashion Guru: Kevin Cruz
BEST DRESSED AT THE GRAMMY’S
CARRIE UNDERWOOD Wearing: Elie Madi - Red was a popular color on the red carpet, and Carrie has indeed wore it beautifully. The ruby red dress fits her perfectly. The dramatic sleeves and the slit in the middle make this very modern, and yet she's still is very elegant with her hair being pulled back. QueenTeam Fashion Guru: Kevin Cruz
BEST DRESSED AT THE GRAMMY’S
JENIFER LOPEZ
Wearing: Ralph & Russo - Jennifer LĂłpez has not always had the best of luck in her Grammy outfits, but I must say this candy pink gown is stunning. We've seen her in a lot of body suits with all the bling and the skin, and this is a nice change. The dress is feminine and very delicate, however it hugs her body in all the right places. It's sexy with the slit on the leg. Paired so simply with the bracelet and the clutch, I absolutely love this look. QueenTeam Fashion Guru: Kevin Cruz
BEST DRESSED AT THE GRAMMY’S
SOLANGE Wearing: Gucci - Solange looks great in this metallic gold dress. The statement sleeve adds contrast to the eye. Not many people can pull of such a look but Solange is known for her monochromatic style and this gown does not disappoint. She accessorized the look wth clear heels, and though they are very much in style, I would have rather seen a silver heel or something a little more sexy. The slit adds again that sexy factor but the clear heels make the outfit fall QueenTeam Fashion Guru: Kevin Cruz
BEST DRESSED AT THE GRAMMY’S
CELINE DION Wearing: Zuhair Murad - This was Celine's first Grammy in seven years- her comeback was great. She nailed it with the green dress, however I would have liked to see a higher shoe, maybe with laces. The earings also made this one of my not so favorite looks. I feel that with studs and a higher ponytail this look would have been phenomenal. A sexier shoe would have brought the whole look together. QueenTeam Fashion Guru: Kevin Cruz
BEST DRESSED AT THE GRAMMY’S
SKYLAR GREY Skylar Grey wore a beautiful white dress. This is absolutely timeless. The pleats on the dress and the slit on the leg make this dress very modern even though it's a long sleeve, collar dress. The earrings are stunning-gorgeous accessories, as well as her LED clutch with a statement(#refreshtalk campaign). QueenTeam Fashion Guru: Kevin Cruz
BEST DRESSED AT THE GRAMMY’S
PARIS JACKSON Wearing: Balmain - Paris Jackson looks stunning in this gown. It's youthful with the opening on the sides and the slit on each leg, as well as the colors of the dress. I like the messy hair, it makes her look younger, however I do not like the shoes. I believe a softer shoe would have been better, the high black heel was to heavy for the gown. It seems somewhat mismatched. Now, if she would have slicked her hair back and worn a bit more of dramatic makeup then the heels would be able to stay, but it did not go together. www.QueenTeamMedia.com Grammy’s 2017 Wrap-up by: Audrey Egypt Young
Chance the Rapper – Dedicated his award to God and continued to express how being an independent artist can prove to be successful. John Travolta – Couldn’t read the teleprompter and he pulled out his notes to read instead, it was quite cute. Twenty-one Pilots – accepted their award in their underwear, very stranger group they are. Beyoncé’ – Her performance was lackluster at best, but even though she looked beautiful as a new mother of twins, I think she selected the wrong song. There was too much talking even though the graphics and creative lighting was mind-blowing as always her dancers were incredible. Is always fun to see her beautiful daughter cheering for her mom on the sidelines with Dad (Jay-Z) proud father gazing at his wife with sheer pride in his eyes. The Grammy’s film crew had a camera designated specifically for Jay-Z and his family. They got more coverage than everyone else combined. Bruno Marz – 1st performance was incredible, HE IS the one to watch. Luv him Katy Perry & Skip Marley – This performance was Excellent, the movable stage with white picket fences was spinning and Katy running in and out of the doors until they get to the side that Skip Marley was on and he represented the Marley name right. This entire performance was electric and a perfect combination of Pop and Reggae. William Bell and Gary Clark Jr. – This performance was very soulful reminiscing on BB King and Bobby Blue Bland. The guitar playing by Gary was Unforgettable.
Adele – Winning Album of the Year, during her speech she basically said that Beyoncé’ should have won that award because she was her all time favorite artist and she loved her so very much, she went on and on about how Beyoncé has inspired her and all of her friends as well as her black friends. But even though she said Beyoncé should have won, she still walked off with that award; she is not a fool to just give it away…lol
Duet with Alicia Keys and – This entire performance was incredible and they both looked great. I am very proud of Alicia for sticking to her guns and continuing her platform of no makeup, she is to be commended. George Michael Tribute – Adele sounded great but due to her potty mouth, she decided to stop the band and apologies to the audience and instruct the band to start the song over. She wanted to do George Michael justice and not tarnish his tribute by the slip of her tongue. I was not happy about the one song choice, George had plenty of hit songs, there should have at least had been a medley performed. The pictorial debut of George Michael was breathtaking and very elaborate. Lavern Cox – Transgender Royalty, she was announcing Lady Gaga and she slayyyyyyed that stage make-up was flawless and hair was on point as well at that outfit, she was channeling Naomi. She looked phenomenal, she was giving all of the ladies a run for their money. Lady Gaga – served up the best of Rock N Roll, but for some reason the guy singing with her mic was not working, but the show went on. By the time they realized it was clear thru to the middle of the show. Nevertheless, the performance was explosive especially her stage dive. Truly iconic Gaga gives the fans what they wants every time. Bee Gees Tribute – I loved Andrea Day, her performance and that Kamono/Poncho was EVERYTHING, the colors, the fit the way it flowed, it was just an incredible performance. The other performers were great as well.
Celine Dion – presented the Artist of The Year, she looked great, she always mention her late husband, you can tell she is still morning his death after these years. Tribe Called Quest – dedicated their entire performance to the late Phife Dawg. They did a medley of their hit songs, which is what a dedication is supposed to be and they had a live band they killed the stage. It was great to see guest stars like Busta Ryhmes and Common Sence performs alongside them on stage. Also, they brought out many immigrants of different nationalities onto the stage and in the isles to represent that we will not stand for Trump bigotry. They stormed the stage in solidarity. PRINCE Tribute – Opening act was The Time with Morris Day and Jerome doing of medley of their OWN hits (which made no sense to me). Then Bruno Marz hit the stage with his guitar singing Lets Go Crazy. He channeled Prince with his guitar riff, he would have been proud of the way he handled that instrument. Wearing Prince Iconic Purple suit with the lace shirt, Bruno owned the stage. But on another note, Prince had way too many hit songs to only be remembered one song, even though Lets Go Crazy was ONE of his hits, they should have done a medley. That was my only gripe with his tribute. Jackson 5 Tribute – occapella version of ABC was executed very well by those 5 multiracial individuals.
Debra Lee – was awarded the President Merit Award and she looked incredible. Chance the Rapper – Brought out Kirk Franklin and Tamila Mann to create this unstoppable combination of gospel, R&B and Rap to the Grammy’s that the audience will never forget. Chance spoken words were mesmerizing and poignant. They had church in that building, everyone was on their feet praising the most high. John Legend – Sang beautifully as he saluted the fallen angles, people we lost during 2016. Adele – won Record of the Year and she deserved every bit of it. Even though at some point she made me feel like she was guilty for winning over Beyonce’ but she was a good sport and recognized her during her speech. We love Adele.

Adele
The “Hello star donned green Givenchy Couture to the event.
Adele floored fans Sunday night at the Grammy Awards when she spent a good portion of her acceptance speech for Album of the Year thanking Beyoncé. “I can’t possibly accept this award,” the singer said. “I’m very humbled and very grateful and gracious, but my artist of my life is Beyoncé.” She continued, “The Lemonade album was just so monumental, Beyoncé, so monumental, and so well thought out, and so beautiful and soul-bearing. And we all got to see another side to you that you don't always let us see, and we appreciate that. And all us artists here, we f-king adore you.” And she didn’t stop there: “The way that you make me and my friends feel, the way you make my black friends feel, is empowering, and you make them stand up for themselves. And I love you. I always have. And I always will.” - Adele

After a red carpet full of chic celebrity style, Adele kicked things off at Grammy Awards with an epic performance of her hit song "Hello." The singer, who was nominated for five awards this year, including album of the year for 25, wore a stunning dress with sequined embellishment on the bodice and a flowing black skirt.
Beyonce’
Beyoncé brought down the house at the 2017 Grammys. The night's most-nominated artist took the stage at L.A.'s Staples Center to perform a medley from Lemonade. The moody set began with "Love Drought" before Beyoncé sang "Sandcastles." The diva—who is expecting twins later this year—dressed her bump in a custom House of Malakai dress. Unsurprisingly, Beyoncé asked her mom to introduce the performance.

Beyonce debuted her growing baby belly at the 2017 Grammys tonight, but her first baby Blue Ivy was in the audience with Daddy Jay-Z. Beyonce attended the awards tonight as a guest, a nominee, a performer, and also a winner. At the end of her big performance, Beyonce blew a kiss to her husband and daughter before exiting the stage. Blue Ivy was not shy about her excitement throughout the show, especially when host James Corden commanded several performers to join him in a Carpool Karaoke session.
